Well she already did explicit scenes on screen watch some korean movie then you will understand every big korean…
She's done nothing explicit or gratuitous. The closest you'll see is White Night, everything portrayed is integral to the narrative, nudity is carefully choreographed so as not to be explicit. As far as I know she doesn't have fond memories of the film; from my point of view it's the best film she's been in. Not her best performance in film, that honour goes to The Truth Beneath.

P.s. for anyone in London UK there are 2 showings of The Truth Beneath at the BFI as part of the London Korean Film Festival in early November.

I heard about this on the radio, now I see who she was. I liked her, she had a great presence on screen. I saw her just the other day when I watched a film about a love potion. She'll be missed and remembered well. In fact her scenes beating up Ha Ji-won in Bali have stuck with me for some reason, she had some flair.

This is the second time I’m seeing you make an excessively cheap and vulgar comment about an actress. What is…
Right, he's using the term incorrectly so no need to worry. The story doesn't depend on sexual content at all... but, let's say for argument's sake that it did... I fully agree with what the op is saying, so I'm one of the people that upvoted him. I'm going to add that an esteemed actress, wife and mother *won't* be degrading herself or her family, don't worry.

The casting couch has been a famous and common expression in Hollywood since talking pictures began. I remember David Niven wrote about it in his wonderful book The Moon's a Balloon. There have always been actors and actresses who got parts that way, it doesn't apply in this scenario where we're speculating about the content of a drama, not how roles were won.

This reminds me, it’s a pity how quickly we can go from being diehard fans to feeling overexposed with actors.…
True, it's a test of one's loyalty. I can see what Netflix and Disney are doing, picking actors and writers with reputation, they don't seem to know how to read the room when it comes to k-dramas which is why I stick to the TV networks who know their stuff. My favourites at the moment are Iron Family and Doubt, I don't need big budget nonsense from N and D, they miss the essence.

what do you mean by forcing-- this story literally all about it, so if you don't want to watch those scenes, i'd…
There's something desperate and awkward about Netflix erotica, ironically it isn't erotic. It's a bit try-hard. There's nothing raw on Netflix, everything goes through a thousand filters until it's been sanitised and synthesised. It's only marginally ahead of Disney in its understanding of art and humanity, as a creator.

Edit, I should say 'currently', its days of trailblazing have long gone - just like this director and others that have allowed a huge company to neuter them for the sake of cash.
