predicition: in american version she will be a blonde bimbo with huge tits, and she will crash land in some latin…
I just had a thought while talking about Sharknado to larius.
I don't suppose you've seen Under Paris, one of the most hilarious films of the year. The lead is a pretty rough looking woman. There's a scene where she pulls an unconscious male colleague out of the water... he gradually comes to and the first thing he sees is this fugly big face - so scary! Stunning film.
Point being, there's a good chance Yoon Seri will be manly and unattractive, a tough bitch who don't need no soldier man - he who'll be an effeminate and useless man.
Are those guys up there pissing on us fans from a high place? Co-production? What bullshit is that? Btw who's behind that new John Wick version of Ballerina - is that another one? I guess that's a title they might improve on tbh, the Korean movie wasn't that good.
I can't put into words how stupid those two dudes holding the microphones look. Whatever they're saying, they've got their eyes filled with dollars. Disgusting.
Seriously, Studio Dragon, please don't make me hate you. You made one of the best dramas of all time, just leave it alone. Nothing good can come of selling out. Once you start down that path, that's all you can do: remakes and sequels, you'll never get another creative project off the ground. It's almost as if you're not seeing the painful demise of Hollywood.
If the Americans are involved, it will be something related perhaps to migration problems, the Mexican border…
Remember the magic of Cinema Paradiso? Seems there's no place for real movies these days, what would happen if they tried to make something like that today? The magic's coming from South Korea now, but it seems the Americans are intent on destruction. Bulls in china shops et al.
isnt the main plot around north korea vs south korea tho..? there isn't really a western equivalent to that
There's no American equivalent to any aspect. No charm, no romance, no actors, no comedy. They won't be able to pull it off. Then they'll make a fucking season 2, "Crash Landing On You Too!"
not a fan of lee se young. i always find her less romantic, and poor chemistry with her Co artist. After trying…
Yes. I couldn't believe The Wailing. I'd heard it was good, but she made it, absolutely inspired - if it's possible to be inspired to do that, maybe we should say possessed. It's strange that when certain actors over achieve it makes their career harder in some cases.

No, but perhaps she's another one - tbh she hasn't left a print on me yet. I'm thinking about Park So-yi who stood out in Dambo (Pawn) and a few others... including 19th Life... but it was the way she performed in Atypical Family that made me think she's the real deal, she can act from her soul.

Both of these two flourish when paired with talented co-stars. It's going to be embarrassing.
Seasons hellbound.
They are, every single one.
