every1 just go watch the frog instead. i promise u will love it and it is very deep and complex.
I see you're trying to emulate your heroine, but I don't think you got what she was about - you're not it. She would never write bitchy comments on a web site, it's far too tedious, you're nothing like her - her thing was art, self expression and self amusement - with real people. That character would not have the patience to troll strangers on a keyboard just to bait a reply. Are you that desperate?
I have no idea what to make of this so far. I feel like I'm supposed to be interested and excited by it - but in reality I feel nothing. I might force myself to watch through a sense of duty from my k-drama addiction... then again, maybe I won't.
Lots of virtue signalling in these comments. She did what she wanted, she's 100% in charge of her own body to do with as she pleases. She looked fantastic, mesmerising - and very, very hot, I was almost rooting for her. By the way, a physical transformation helps actors get into character. She was successful... now she pointed it out, her spine was symbolic in one fleeting scene, not that I noticed at the time - it's these micro details that make all the difference, above and beyond.
Yep, same with the film Minari though (maybe most of the cast was American) 🤷♂️ I guess it's subjective 🙂 p.s. when I say American I mean raised there, regardless of lineage.
J-dramas are all over the place. Some titles are in English, many (most?) in romaji (Japanese language using alphabet characters) so they're hard to find. But my point was about the country of origin.
I wonder what the criteria is for inclusion on MDL. There was an American movie called Minari a few years ago and it's nowhere to be seen on here. But they're all over the American drama Pachinko. Must be random.
Oh well, won't be watching, my loss on this occasion.
