Mainland + HK style blend time loop drama
If this is what we can expect from more cross cultural pollination then sign me up. This series had HK, China and Thai actors.
I appreciated the HK style execution including the use of no beauty filters.
Did the mash up of cultures feel somewhat strange? perhaps, but that maybe because we're not used to seeing people switch languages on screen. In reality, people who reside in ESEA countries do this all the time. Time for the small screen to reflect this. it also means the subtitles need to up their game. Time for double subtitling?!
