It would be great if it's true but unfortunately that specific melon account is 1 of the least credible ones on X. They post a lot of fan wishes or fan castings as " melons" to drive traffic to their page .
This Drama was so refreshing and has so much potential but I can't stand the male lead character. I'm literally fast forwarding his scenes and I don't tend to do that when I watch dramas.
I really like Tiffany's role here, even the other ladies but I don't know how the writers can justify her being with the ML. He's so greasy, extremely annoying, immature ,looserish, stalkerish...... even the commitment phobe 2nd ML is better at this point. Why does he always have easy access to her place of work and wherever she's? It really doesn't make sense for her character to be stuck or fixated on this man imo ...it is given forced and I need these stories to be better written. It's a disservice to these actors.
Idk if It's a combination on how the ML character is written and acted but he's extremely annoying with no redeeming factors imo. I'm literally crossing my fingers that she doesn't end up with him at the end.
I'm very annoyed because this story from the very 1st episodes looked good and somehow different from a lot of recent c dramas we get.....now I'm contemplating dropping it.
I'm loving this so far. I'm mostly sticking around for the FL, 2nd FL and other engaging storylines except the main one about the ML/FL "love story".
I literally cannot stand the ML in this Drama. I would have dropped it already but I like the FL, 2nd FL and other actor performances.
It's probably the way his character is written but he's a complete Arrogant A*hole and I'm annoyed that the writers will probably have him end up with the FL at the end. At this point, I wish for another love interest but I'm still on episode 5 so let's see. Or even better let her end up single at the end of the drama or give us an open ending.

I don't even trust Korean drama ratings here either. A lot of highly rated Korean dramas here are overrated imo especially the more popular the actors are.....
I don't think most ratings are trustworthy on this site.....at all. It's overrun by a lot of hardcore fans who can upvote for their favorites and at the same time down vote dramas in masse if they don't like X or y actor for whatever reasons.
The closest most accurate ratings at this point can be douban for C dramas even than one can be manipulated too but not as much as it's here.
And what is that new project that he will join? I havent heard anything about it even on melon accounts.
I just think that it is gossip and wishful thinking from the people who spread these . I have not seen any reports of this from the few reliable melon accounts I know.
I dont know if it is because she is an idol as well but she has way too many parasocial and toxic fans in her fanbase. The fact that she had to call them out in 2023 when she rarely addresses anything and we are in 2026 and nothing has changed....in fact a lot of them are becoming worse. And a lot of these " fans" greatly contribute to the hate that she gets by their actions. I follow other actors and there are toxic fans everywhere but a lot of her fans who are vocal on social media are extremely parasocial with her and act like they know her personally in real life.

Dropped; nothing annoys me more than reading the synopsis of a drama and I have an idea of what to expect but when I actually watch the drama , it is so different from what the plot was advertised as. I watched the 1st episode and 2/3 of it is about the leads romance...which is lowkey lame imo; I understand bringing up their history to light but that seems a bit much for a drama that was advertised as suspense as you can read here in the synopsis. I was looking forward to it especially since the plot seems interesting and I watched the ML in road home which I liked and the FL in other dramas but I was expecting a different kind of drama judging by the plot.

No I dont have it; I think that I saw a few people posting the link of it on X a few weeks ago; search by the title and you may see it. Also it is a personal preference but I prefer not to read novels that will be adapted later. I just think that it spoils your viewing experience once the drama is released; Like once the drama airs, there is so much discussion on " this didnt happen in the book" "they didnt put this in the drama" instead of just enjoying the drama. Even Speed and Love.....I didnt read the novel and I am glad that I didnt. The drama is way more than enough for me.
Filming ends next week; April 19th. He will be filming the HI6 variety show on April 23rd to promote his next drama. My guess is that blossom of power will probably air next month or in June. He is rumoured to start filming his 2nd collaboration with Esther, the Xianxia drama next month or early June.
