I am not going to put all her stats here but she is very consistent with her performances. Her drama year after year do very well since 4/5 years ago.
You are clearly not familiar with her career which is fine but it is facts that her dramas do very well bc there are stats to back up this.
ABAY is performing well so far especially considering the fact that we are against costume dramas (which tends to be more popular on average).

I think that we are FINALLY getting to the romance between Xi Ting and Han Ting in these next episodes but unfortunately from Friday-Sunday it is 1 episode per day. Arghhhhhh.......!!!!!

Wow Seven was especially pretty in these past few episodes 😍😍😍. The outfit she wore at the expo was amazing. She looked so stunning in it😍😍. Now I see why Han Ting waited until the end to answer her question; to have more impact and so that she can be more remembered by the audience. At 1st I was wondering why he was being a bit mean and didn't want to take her question. Man... this man is always thinking 2 steps ahead 👏👏.

She's lucky that she's in a very good agency and has some very good backing bc many actresses no matter how talented they're wouldn't survive that long break in C entertainment. She seems to be the type of actress who's mostly good at a specific genre of roles; like you said her modern dramas flopped after story of yanxi palace. Even Royal feast, her reunion with Xu Kai was kind of a let down ( imo and quite frankly for a lot of people ) but I think that it was mostly the script that was at fault.
If she does reunite with her latest ML, she needs to be sure to pick a good script for it. I don't want another Royal feast situation.
