I had to drop his past series, but I really like this one. I actually only noticed him since Call Me By Fire. I like his collaboration and the relationship/friendship he developed with Max Zhang.
I think the good acting and the good chemistry helps a lot in making the drama fun despite the bad subtitle. So…
This has become quite a hidden gem. I'm throughly enjoying this. The chemistry and acting between the leads seem so natural and their scenes are so cute. Hope the series keep up the same pace and cuteness til the end. I was screaming at the end of ep4 too! Looking forward to the next eps. Can't wait. I think this is Kido Gao's best series so far. The female lead is cute too!
I have a question. For the merpeople why some have the mark on their foreheads and some don't. What causes or kind of situations would cause the mark to disappear. In the beginning Su Mo still had his mark then it disappeared. I didn't understand that part. Also, if they don't transform until they fall in love does that mean they are neither male nor female until they fall in love? This part doesn't make sense to me...Also, is it true that the merpeople can only love once in their life?
I'm only on ep10. But I'm actually rooting for NJ and Ung. While I know the romace with him and Yeon is precious, but she hurt him so badly without an explanation in the past. I don't think it is deserving for them to get back together. Wonder if anyone else feel the same?
For those who have read the novel. I have some questions. Thanks
So, I know someone mentioned in the novel that Beilang army gets wiped out and XFN marries JN. But I'm curious why he would leave everything and the army behind if he wanted to maintain the peace like his dad? So question, in the novel XFN let go of being King, marries all the girls that liked him and Beilang army is no more? So in the end did he accomplish anything? What about his martial arts? Did he go back to fight the deity man? What happened to his younger brother? What about Ning Emei did he survive? I find so shocking that the strong army of Beilang was destroyed when XFN became the leader. He had so many talented people working for him. What about that one scholar guy he met and saved and told him to meet him in Beilang. What was his role in the novel? Did he get revenge for his mom? What about the two tigers, were they in the novel? Is it a happy ending in the novel?
Just started this. Can anyone tell me if the FL's aunt ever get her karma for the way she treated the FL? I'm only on ep2 but hope that she will see some kind of punishment. Thanks.
base on the web drama, it is harem, actor end up marry JN and white fox face and more. but in adaption drama they…
If this is the way the story goes then I rather season 1 just end on an open ending and no additional seasons. I don't want to see Beilang army get destroyed.
in the novel northern liang gets destroyed and the beiliang army is almost wiped out in the war with beimang so…
Beilang army get wiped out?! What about his brother and sisters? Oh that's too sad. I didn't expect that would happen. What about Ning Emei? Does he survive? He's so loyal.
Hi all🌸😉 is nirvana in fire as good as joy of life and sword snow stride? I dont want to much too much fantasy…
Nirvana In Fire is just as good, one of the best dramas of all time in my opinion. I highly recommend it. Just the first 2 eps might start off a bit slow but after that it moves at a good pace. It is one of those series you need to pay attention though, otherwise it is easy to miss what is going on in story. Also, I recommend watching in the original language with subtitles not dubbed version. Unless you already know mandarin then no worries. It more about brotherhood than romance although there is a love story but it doesn't take over the series. But has a lot of action and good fight choreography. Has a little of everything.
Can anyone please tell me who sings the ending theme song and title of it? Really like the song. Also, does anyone know if this is confirmed for a season 2? Based on the synopsis and where the story is at right now I feel like there is still a lot to cover in just 8 epsiodes. Thanks.
