It all depends on budget and director's choice. In Xianxia specially, they tend to go for more CGi than real set building. But again it depends on the director, if he/she wants to go all out for even minute things. There is no point in comparing a Wuxia drama to Xianxia.

And obviously the second fl is the one chosen by parents. Remember the message that she got when Hajime refused her advances. Plus, I don't think Hajime will agree to it.
