Basically, from what I can tell, it's an investigation of a single murder case spanning over 7 days, on the land of a family of psychopaths. Seems interesting so far though, especially loving the senior/junior brother tension
It's amazing how this girl gets herself into the most life-endangering situations yet has not a single shred of self-defence skill, I kinda had high expectations, but this isn't as good as I thought it would be
I usually don't watch sitcoms, but this is actually really fun! As a long time cdrama watcher, I've never actually come across a c-sitcom before, and I unexpectedly love it
And I'm lowkey glad I know chinese, cuz you do actually need it to understand the effort they put into naming the characters haha
Just finished ep4, and it's just .. not that exciting? Like I've watched plenty of similar detective/bromance-themed cdramas and most of them are fantastic, like Under the Skin, but this just isn't very gripping. Wondering if I should drop it .. it's also funny given how LFP is one of the main characters, he really didn't show up much in these few eps. And the whole 'hypnotism' theme, it seemed like such a flimsy excuse for them not finding any evidence for their cases, like what do you mean you can randomly pull in hypnotism as a reason for why those 3 people got killed? Surely even a hypothesis or conjecture has to be evidence-based? Is the evidence simply the assumption that they felt no pain?
HIRA IS A TOP? HIRA. IS. A. TOP. I was sooo d*mn sure till the very end that he was a bottom. WOW
Hahaha I got spoiled by the comments, but I wonder what I would've thought if I went in without knowing. But it's quite unusual to have the MC as top, so it makes sense why everyone's shocked hahaha
the blurb is confusing me so much, but the reviews seem good?
Ok it's pretty good, it's very .. human. All the characters are flawed in their own ways, none of them are perfect, yet they're flawed in such a genuinely human ways
But I seriously doubt an amateur boxer can defeat a national champion even with the power of love ..
I had so much expectations for this, yet it feels like everything is kind of superficial? I don't even know how to describe it, but it's a bit of a letdown
The story started pretty well, and I actually liked it a lot in the beginning. The female lead is really good…
She became the genie?? Wow that's unexpected haha, I just dropped it after ep5 cuz i didn't feel like it was going anywhere and was kinda bored, but that is an interesting ending
I'm lowkey interested in how Ryuji managed to carry Usagi while simultaneously wading through the crashing vortex of water despite having disabled legs
And I'm lowkey glad I know chinese, cuz you do actually need it to understand the effort they put into naming the characters haha
