They follow the webtoon's story for the most part Some characters aren't in the webtoon tho(like Kim's co worker and the neighbor who both are agents) In my opinion tho I think Kdrama is somewhat better cuz in the manhwa this arc gets finished pretty soon And yes all 10 episodes will focus on the kidnapping arc because there aren't a lot of episodes to focus on another arc in the manhwa
