I guess he figured if WYW got hired through connections and when he complained nothing happened, so why not take advantage himself. The big difference is WYW was hired because she's good and the CEO wanted to right a wrong. WYW should have been hired. Min-Woo is blackmailing Mom, and that won't end well. I really hope it does not end well. However, it also means that Min-Woo won't be the one leaking Mom's secret.
