I don’t get those who keep blaming Tae Joo like catching a serial killer is that easy. It’s easy to point at someone and say “ You are the one who arrested him “ but they believed him when he came with the information. Now, when things go left they go back to the same person who gave them that information, they didn’t even bother researching at that time and went on with it but now they’re blaming him.
Tae Joo is working with people who just want to close the case. He didn’t get the time to find the real culprit all he had was a suspect but what did his colleagues do? Worsen the situation by torturing the suspect to the point where he had to make a false confession putting himself in a tricky situation and one thing led to another.
Tae Joo was against the case going to court because he wasn’t sure if Seok Man was the real culprit. He just got a lead on what the serial killer could be. Si Yeong and his thugs are getting pressure from the higher ups and he’s trying to impress his dad in all of this, the citizens are panicking that the serial killer is still not found and they are scared for their lives.
Tae Joo is the only cop who’s trying hard to find the serial killer and no one from his colleagues is helping him. Bodies are dropping left and right everyone is panicking. He’s frustrated, his hands are tied, he has limited time and there’s Si Yeong too, come on now! Give this guy a break!
He finds out that his sister’s father is Si Yeong’s father, a rotten family and the guy who bullied him throughout his childhood, and his sister decides to leave him for THE father. ( That scene where he cries broke my heart by the way )
Mind you before they reveal the real culprit some of us had a list of suspects but because we know now and we expect Tae Joo to know as well, please be for real!
This drama is so frustrating even to me, I feel for Tae Joo, I would lose my mind. He’s literally begging a prosecutor to bring back the child’s body.
A serial killer murders a child, a prosecutor and 3 police officers bury that body because they don’t want to lose their jobs, the parents are crying and waiting for their child’s body in the midst of all of that. I would scream at the top of my lungs if I also found out.
Didn’t he ask Si Yeong not to proceed with the case because once it went to court there would be no turning…
He told the journalist his presence is not gonna make a difference even if he’s there. He went after that child’s body because Si Yeong was going to show him where he buried her. He promised the child’s parents that he was going to bring back her body, just because he missed the chance to find it so he must give up?!
He was so sure about him at first because all the evidence pointed to Seok Man plus his confession. He refused to tell them about his whereabouts on that night because of what his sister said to him, he’s not helping either. He also saw Seok Man run after that child who almost fell from that bike and that keeps replaying in his head which makes him still doubt him. That man is literally juggling two ongoing cases and he’s trying to bring justice to those victims and no one is helping him. You expect him to be sane in these situations, and blame those thugs of colleagues who keep worsening the situation. Seok Man would not have confessed if he had not been tortured by those thugs. He’s literally fighting against a serial killer and those corrupted thugs.
The only way to clear someone of the crimes depends on the serial killer by the way because what if he stopped killing after Seok Man? Wasn’t Gi Beom cleared because they suspected Seok Man?
You keep mentioning his previous court appearance because of what he said there and you expect the same results. Do you know how crazy Si Yeong is? If that court was not going his way, he was going to reveal the false serial killer that Tae Joo told him about and paint him as the bad guy. If this drama didn’t show the culprit in the future you would also have suspected Seok Man or another innocent man. Why would they free someone when all evidence points to him? Even if he says he’s innocent he has to prove that with limited time because he’s working with thugs who want to find anyone as the killer and close the case
throwing your brother who raised you like a hot potato to live with another person, her so called father,Sun young…
Didn’t he ask Si Yeong not to proceed with the case because once it went to court there would be no turning back, and Si Yeong went on. Seok Man had no solid alibi for that night and he refused to say where he was on purpose because of what his sister said, all evidence pointed to him, what did you expect Tae Joo to do? Those guys were high and low trying to find anyone just to close the case and Seok Man was also not helping because of the torture he had received from those thugs. If he says he’s not the culprit then he must support his statement with evidence and how was he going to do that?! I believe what’s happening is beyond him unless he finds the real culprit even with that they’re going to say it’s a copycat. That man is trying his best, give him a break
I disagree. To the 3rd group hyping up a newly formed baseball group with a roster of players on their last professional…
I’m sure it was. I stopped watching when they were still making the song. My comment was not on the task they did as a group but on their individual secret manito
Since Tae Joo is only finding out now what happened to the child does that mean they left that case open or they found her body somewhere else but he didn’t know what those guys did?!
I’m so drained😭It’s Tae Joo against criminals, he’s literally the only competent police guy in this drama the rest are a bunch of crooks. I can’t believe Dae Ho got himself in the mix, I trusted him. Their priority is only closing the case and looking good to the public like they are doing some amazing work. How can they be so cruel to a child?!😭
Actually, I’m watching this series now because I was busy when it was airing, and I preferred to wait until…
I suck at explaining stuff but let me give it a try from what I remember. Seo In and Seung Hwi are the same person, Seo In is his real name and Seung Hwi is a storyteller (stage name), since he likes reading, writing novels, and performing them. Yun Gyeom is a completely different person even though they look identical they don't know each other, Yun Gyeom has his own family
When you drop and finish some dramas you had to watch for the day. It’s the best time to rewatch some of the dramas you liked. I missed watching this one, it’s been so long Seung Hwi😭
The second group was so good that the third group was so boring to watch I ended up dropping it midway. Kwang Hee was overdoing it, I get it being curious about someone’s reaction but the role of this show is not to expose yourself. Even though he wasn’t exposed, it felt like he wanted to be. His obsession with her reaction became annoying at some point. He delivered the first gift perfectly but he stood there to be noticed. Kang Hoon tried but everything went left and he didn’t think that airdrop gift through, it became a mess. Bo Young should’ve just bought food for the first gift. Taehyun was smart to use his daughter and the gifts were delivered so well, that it was so fun. I love how the second batch delivered their gifts. Deliver, run, and don’t risk being discovered.
How did we get to episode 7?!😭😭I swear this drama started just yesterday. I didn’t know my guy’s feelings were that deep even sending an employee overseas😂 Interesting stuff. I can’t wait for tomorrow’s episode!🤩
It turns out it was all about Hui Ju. Blinded by jealousy. He’s now blaming I An for his evil deeds, oh he will forever stay a piece of shit. Trying to protect the crown my foot!
I care less about the abolishment of the monarchy, I’m not here for that. I just loved the idea that Hui Ju was going to date a prince and was actually looking forward to what her life was going to be like in the palace.
I will pretend that politics were never a part of this drama. I don’t like racking my head when it comes to romcom, all of a sudden everyone turns into good citizens and it’s all hihi haha. PM vanished by the way after all the things he did. I still don’t like the Queen though. They should’ve joined lord Inpyeong
I’m not a fan of kids being placed in positions where adults should, it doesn’t make sense for me especially a child less than 10 years please give that small person toys.
The romance side was good though I don't know about the rest that took place😌
Because he's acting like a stupid child. You can all hate PM but he wasn't wrong about that.
Anyone who tries to get in the way of two people who are in love is a bad guy. It’s a thing for royal families to be on bad terms so that didn’t shock me but when you try to kill one another that’s when action takes place. I expected a lot from the royal family when it comes to such stuff even with that spy I thought the Prince was going to make an example of her but they just let her be. Unfortunately, you will find a lot of unnecessary plots in a romcom.
You’re raising a lot of important points that I didn’t want to get into. I don’t like criticising romcoms because most of the things that happen don’t make sense and that’s where you realise it’s just a fiction. It makes you look like an idiot if you question everything. I just comment here and there on some scenes. I prefer a thriller because Jin Mu would’ve been dealt with, QM would’ve been dealt with. Seeking revenge in a romcom is almost impossible and that revenge wouldn’t even be that satisfying.
Let’s see how the Prince is going to handle everything at the end.
