You've totally missed my point. Since that lawyer had already been working for her bosses because they were trying to oust the old lady from the restaurant he would not be able to be then suddenly switch sides and work for her while she is battling them over mistreatment and sexual harassment. So he could not take on a case against the very people that initially hired him. Conflict of interest.

In episode 11, it is too unrealistic for him to ask his former boss to take on Yu Mi-rae's sexual harassment case because that would be a conflict of interest considering his boss' clients were the ones that were covering up the crime.

Although Do seems like a nice person, I think she is too materialistic for Jeong Mok. Their relationship never would have worked out. Ji-yeon is perfect for him.
