* He sabotaged Third during their school years by framing him over the scholarship exam, damaging Third’s reputation and taking the opportunity for himself.
* He maintained a sweet, innocent public image while behaving very differently behind closed doors.
* As adults, Nine continued manipulating situations to protect his career and maintain his position in the entertainment industry.
* He became threatened by Wan’s growing popularity, especially when Wan started receiving attention that Nine felt belonged to him and Third.
* Nine tried to intimidate and discourage Wan, making it clear that he considered himself and Third the established pairing and Wan a threat.
* He actively tried to interfere with Wan and Third’s relationship, because their growing closeness threatened his career and the ThirdNine image.
* Nine was strongly implicated in the fake rumor about Wan attacking Third, which was used to damage Wan’s reputation and potentially get him removed from the project.
* His past eventually catches up with him, when allegations about his university behavior including exploiting classmates, threats, and discriminatory behavior are exposed.
* The bigger pattern is what makes Nine so bad: he repeatedly uses jealousy, manipulation, sabotage, and his carefully crafted “nice guy” image to hurt people he considers competition rather than taking responsibility for his actions.

Yea like months ago they mentioned that they were going to add depth to his character and I’m like don’t you dare make up a scene for him to be forgiven there’s nothing you can whip up that would excuse his behavior

The way the episode ended was a big clue on who he truly is behind the fake smile 🥲

I agree that Pun hasn’t actively sabotaged Moth’s relationships the way Ten is doing, and I’m not saying he has. I’m more talking about the possibility of his feelings becoming possessive or influencing how he handles Moth’s relationships. He knows Moth extremely well, knows he doesn’t easily get attached, and knows exactly what Moth is like when it comes to dating.

So I’m not saying Pun is secretly manipulating everything right now. I’m just not convinced we’ve seen the full extent of his feelings yet. Ten is already making his intentions pretty obvious, while Pun’s situation could be a lot more subtle. I just wouldn’t be surprised if the story eventually makes us look at Pun’s actions a little differently.

Yea, but I also wonder if Pun telling Moth that Dean is a playboy is his way of manipulating the situation. Since Pun is Moth’s only friend, he could have a very possessive attachment to Moth and might not want anyone else coming between them. So I wouldn’t completely rule out Pun trying to keep Moth to himself.

Hm, I don’t know. Him being completely innocent doesn’t seem plausible to me, honestly. Everyone’s so convinced Dean and Moth are the red flags, but watch the show pull the ultimate plot twist and reveal that Ten and Pun were the actual red flags all along. I’m just saying I wouldn’t be crowning anyone innocent this early. 👀

Yes, continue Don’t listen to the people who will bend reality into a pretzel to defend their favorite red flags, but somehow have a personal vendetta against Little Jane. The double standards are LOUD.

Don’t listen to people who say Little Jane is the red flag they’re stupid ☺️

People are basically going:

Big Jane: physically assaults Put + threatens him
“🥺 He’s just protective.”

Little Jane: sees all of that, hears Big Jane’s name connected to Put’s death, and becomes suspicious
“🚩🚩🚩 TRUE RED FLAG!!!”

Like be serious for five fucking minutes.

The fact that Little Jane misinterpreted the situation doesn’t make his reasoning irrational. You can disagree with his conclusion while still understanding why he reached it. That’s what people seem incapable of doing.
