I really wish someone with some discernment had watched this series before they published it for the whole world…
literally this… it feels like they filmed the entire series out of order (which they do), but didn’t think to edit to and put the show together… they seriously needed someone ANYONE to watch the series before they aired it … ahhhhhh😭😭
HOW IN THE HELL DID PHATSA SPENT 24 YEARS IN THE ABO UNIVERSE WITHOUT LEARNING ABOUT SECOND GENDERSokay I just…
I’m as frustrated and confused as you are. With ep 6, they basically said that Phatsa father hid the truth from his son and never informed him, but ain’t no way that is the reason… cuz he had been alive for 20+ years and lived in the world separate from him father for years and nothing?? knows ABSOULTELY NOTHING about ABO???? Imma just ignore this gigantic inconsistency and call it a day😂😅
Ep 6 was a definite upgrade from the previous 5 episodes. There was actually a story and things IMPORTANT THINGS happened, like finallyyyyy. I wished they had this in the previous eps, but it’s already done, I can only hope for the rest of the eps to be better.
idk what happened in the ending… it was just trash bullshit… like utter crap. and the beginning was so promising and good too, like whyyyyyyy????!!!!?!??
they had such good chemistry and their story was going well, but than they did the tumor storyline just wrong, like they could have just lied to his father, get him treated, then live happily ever after, or he would die and have it a sad ending, but at least they tried to find a way to live together forever.
also that meteor thing whatever shit that was needs some serious rethinking, like who came up with that. no relevance nothing added to the story and complete and utterly useless.
so frustrating when it started so good. overall rating 6/10
This was by far the best BL of this year. Payback will always stand as one of the best Thai bls ever made. this was truly so good. I will miss the eps every Saturday and I have fallen in love with minlee and toptap and I can’t wait to see their future projects together….. ahhhhhh I just love them so much
Okay, I feel like I'm missing something. Who was the guy who killed the white haired director dude and why did…
it was the evil investor guy. he needed to kill the white hair executive because he knew about his prostitute business and other shady deals. Also the white hair guy was no longer useful as he no longer has power at Dream since Jay took it all
I’ve been falling behind on this series and Ive finished up to ep 5… is it worth it to continue watching or should I drop it? Does it get better and does Xiao Fan finally grow a spine??
the writing and story are so basic. like their is no surprise or shock factor as this show progresses…. like I’ve been waiting for something interesting and sadly it isn’t here
ep 5 review (sort of bc I wasn’t watching 100% of the time)
first off what is with the green screen car scenes with Nahkin and Ongsa, so poorly done like they could have just filled it outside but who knows. their chemistry is good, but again their plot feels been there done that.
Now I don’t like what the screenwriters are doing with phatsa and Nakun. I don’t get how they have feelings already. there was no build up, it was just bite, sex, live together, then I’m jeaslous, with no emotional development between the characters. there love story feels rushed just so they can put more NC scenes in (this is one of the only times I want them to hold off on the NC intimate/ scenes to actually build a relationship)
I get what they were doing with Phatsa being moody this ep bc of his pregnancy, but it is such an underwhelming and annoying contrast from the strong phatsa who won a pheromone battle in ep 4 and takes charge between the fighting brothers.
this series needs better writers, director, and editor, bc I’m not seeing the vision of what they wanted this series to be or what plot they wanted it to follow. nothing flows, nothing is connected, and the poor actors are given nothing to work with
it was good until it wasn’t. It started off fairly strong with an interesting trainee/ idol plot, but I felt like it lost where it was going about half way through. I think they tried to add more drama than necessary for this show and some details felt too forced as they tried to incorporate too many things.
Khun and Jaemin were ok but I expected more from HyunJae and SooAn story. It felt disconnected for some reason don’t exactly know why tho😅.
I did like how HyunJae made the company and CEO pay for his actions, but I didn’t really like anything else about the ending, like please finish the main couple story and put them back together instead of giving us that sort of inferred ending. like I understand we knew they would get back together but I really hoped to see it.
Overall I hoped for more. the other two love classes were good, this was definitely the weak link. nothing on the actors just the show as a whole
this story/plot is very similar to kill to love. the evil older brother fighting his younger brother to the crown. Both MLs didn’t intend to compete for it but were forced into in. both each had a love who was the prince of a foreign land.
but I have to say Journey with You delivered 1000x better than kill to love. The chemistry, plot, visuals, and acting were wonderfully done. even with 4 less episodes than kill to love this series delivered far FAR better. it was a beautiful coherent script that left no plot holes or inconsistents like killl to love. I have to say China has truly outdone itself this year in most its BL.
I’m sad to have finished this show and see them go 9.5/10 rating
I watched this for SkyNani after Wu and I fell in love with them even more but I didn’t expect to cry so much bc of this show. everything about it was amazing and wonderfully done, but I didn’t expect to love Chadjen so much. he is such a pure innocent and kind hearted character who is the glue to the entrie groups friendship. Mark acted him phenomenally well. can’t wait for the next SkyNani series… IMINA SKYNANI!!!!
just finished ep 3 but is it just me or does the plot feel a little all over the place or out of order?? I’m really hoping they bring it together at some point
also side question: how does someone (Phatsa) live in an ABO world without having known about almost any of it?? it just doesn’t make sense, unless I’m missing some details… maybe??? HELP😭

I’ll give it another ep or so
