EP 10 Reiview ( thoughts mainly ) ***SPOLIERS AHEAD!!!!!!***
I’ll talk about Jet, Dan, and our two Janes.

First off, with Jet, why did it seem like everyone (his family mostly) just forgave him / forgot about his GIGANTIC fucking mistake that COST THEM THEIR HOUSE. Like I understand forgiveness and having to move on, but doesn’t that seem way too quick. NO one from his family yelled at him, scolded him even. Not his parents for defending themselves and yelling at Jet for making false claims that they prevented his dreams. Not Little Jane angry that once again, because of Jet, they have to ask Big Jane for help or that Jet once again asked Big Jane for help, even though they all know whomever Big Jane helps doesn’t always end up ok / even alive. NO ONE is yelling at the immature spoiled brat fucker. LIke come onnnnnnnn. seriously people???!!!!!!!!??!?
Jet does sort of grow / develop in terms that he has finally acknowledged and realized that his older brother Little Jane has sacrificed so much for his siblings. And that Little Jane gave up on his dream for Jet’s dream. Which Jet completely wasted and threw away because of his stupidity and lack of intelligence. He finally wants to make it right to his older brother who has dug him out of every mess, including every MAJOR money issue that Jet seems to keep creating for himself which keeps backfiring on the family.

Now for the Janes. I am pissed off at Little Jane. This little biotch can’t seem to make up his fucking mind. Like do you want to be with BIg Jane or not? If you do, put in some fucking effort into the relationship, or if you don’t make a clean break so our lovely Big Jane can move on. Little Jane is the BLACK FLAG and BIG JANE at most is a YELLOW FLAG (**my opinion**) Big Jane deserves someone who doesn’t just love him, but truly wants to be with him and fight for him and the life they have together. Little Jane keeps running away and pushing Big Jane away at every chance he gets. This push / pull dynamic is getting old and shouldn’t even be here at EP 10!!!!. Like we are at EP 10 and he is still like this. AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
(side note: did anyone else feel like they are not ready to be married? Like they don’t seem to be at a healthy point in their relationship to take that next step?? Maybe just me??

Now onto the most infuriating little shit of a character, Dan. This fucker is the densest, blindest, most self-centered, socially unaware fucker to ever exist. He hasn’t learned or realized that Little Jane doesn’t love him, has never loved him, and only got together with him to get back at Big Jane. After 5+ years he still doesn’t realized that he was being used, like seriously dude, give the fuck up. I need Big Jane to punch this fucker. Also Dan wouldn’t still be in the picture if Little Jane just made it more clear and pushed Dan away instead of Big Jane, the one he acutallly loves. Dan GO THE FUCK AWAYYYYY!!!!! no one asked you to be here, to help, or to show up. just disappear. Stop causing trouble for BIg Jane because you have some unresolved grudges towards Big Jane for reason I don’t even understand anymore. Dan just hates BIg Jane and wants everyone and everything around BIg Jane to be his, like clearly we can all see your jealously. At the end of EP 10, Dan if you don’t let Little Jane go back to his man, imma beat the shit out of you. Quick overall note about production / script: I feel like this series would have been a lot better if we got time stamps / how long each time skip was (in addition to the big 5 year one). Since this series is extremely fast paced, it would make the audience understand more of the relationships and how deep each bond is to see how much time has passed. For example, like to see how much time passed between Little and Big Jane’s first meeting to when they liked each other and got together. Or how long after their breakup did little Jane get with Dan and how long they were together for. Cause right now it seems like there was no time at all which just makes all of their actions feel more impulsive and thrown out there since they are sort of doing it for a person they don’t know ish. (IDK if i made sense there, but oh well hehe)
This is just my thoughts after watching EP 9… so this may be a little all over the place

First off, Jane and Jane, just AHHHHHHAAHAH. I have a love hate relationship with them. I love them but my god are they both infuriating. From the beginning, for me at least, their relationship went really fast and felt like they skipped some steps in their love story (could have been a production thing). They both have many many flaws, but they still choose to love each other, except their relationship is an example of “love isn’t enough to stay together and be together”. Let’s start with Big Jane. Since ep 1, he was a mysterious figure who ended up loving and pursing little Jane because little Jane was someone who didn’t ask BIg Jane for help and always acted for himself, friends, and family. Little Jane didn’t like taking the easier way out. However, BIg Jane knows this about him and he always throws his money, power, and influence at every problem that Little Jane or his family (Mainly Jet) faces. While I understand that Big Jane is doing this out of love and care, he should have learned by now not to do that when dealing with Jet’s idol scandal. Didn’t he learn after Jet’s gambling incident???? To me, Big Jane never seemed to open up or be entirely honest or vulnerable with little Jane (this goes for both of them really), which led to many issues infuriating issues between them. I’m like JUST F-ING TALK TO EACH OTHER!!!!!! but you know, its a red flag BL, communication is thrown out the window. Big Jane fights everyone else to be in a relationship with Litle Jane, but won’t fight Little Jane to be in said relationship. What I mean is that he doesn’t argue or voice his anger towards Little Jane, especially in the recent ep when Lil Jane was moving out of his mansion and kept distancing himself and pushing Big Jane away, again, like he always does with a problem arises. Overall, I just need Big Jane to talk and communication honestly, not with the multi level answer BS or withholding the truth isn’t the same of lying type of scenario, and to STOP THROWING AROUND HIS MONEY. Like we get it, you are rich and can solve problems, but clearing your boyfriend doesn’t like to solve problems that way. Like he could have breached every money incident much calmer and gentler.
Now onto little Jane ( the true black flag of this series, I stand by this ). Little Jane has so many problems, but his main problems: communication, decisiveness,and his “love” / burden of his family. ( i put quotes because its a mix ish of love … maybe .. and an obsessive need to provide ). Little Jane needs to communicate and talk about his feelings more because all he seems to do is either be loving and cutesy, lashing out because he couldn’t handle something, distancing himself from everyone, and never establishing any boundaries. OK, so basically, Little Jane fell way too fast for both Big Jane and Dan, because what do you mean he just found a man, dumped him, found another, then dumped him to back to the first, only to dump him again and regret it 5 years later. LIKE WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like he needs to make a fucking decision, either love someone and be together, which means fighting through the though shit and problems or not be together and call it a fucking day. Like dude, what are we thinking here???????? He doesn’t talk to Big Jane about his problems, issues, or when he wants Big Jane to clarify something about the shady shit he does. and little Jane had obvious hints that Big Jane’s Faver Business was shady and unsafe, yet he stil kept asking and pushing to know everything only to be angry about it and not accept it. Like he hates the business Big Jane does, but won’t stay away from him??? make that make sense. Little Jane always switches so drastically his mindset with Big Jane, like he needs to understand that Big Jane wants to help and that punishing both of them, by moving out at the end of ep 9, isn’t going to fucking solve anything. I understand that he feels ashamed to have asked Big Jane for help again for Jet, but don’t hurt the man who just helped you by doing what you asked. Like his shame and self anger isn’t Big Jane’s problem, so why push it onto him.
More on little Jane, now with his family. From the entirety of the series, all his familial relationships are fine and mostly healthily. He loves his parents and his siblings and wants to take care of everyone, ok so he is a good son and older brother. But then all of a sudden ep 9 switched it all up and made it seem like Little Jane was scrificing everything for his family, mainly his relationship. Little Jane is so concerned about taking care of his family ALONE and BY HIMSELF with as little help as possible that he is willing to make it an even bigger problem. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes he is understandable, he has always been a. character who doesn’t like asking for help and wants to solves everything on his own, but dude, you can clearly see that Jet’s situation is a major issue that you can’t solve on your own. For crying out loud, you couldn’t fix the 2.5 million baht gambling issue by yourself, idk why you think you can solve a 10 million baht scandal by yourself. Like dude, be fucking realistic here and ask your boyfriend for help, then work to pay him off, like duhhhhhh, who said that Big Jane had to give you money for free. Like you already work as his secretary and nanny, just CONTINUE DOING JUST FUCKING THAT, like why aren’t we thinking here people!!!!!????!?! Finally little Jane just needs to be decisive. Like fucking decide AND COMMIT. Do you want to be in a relationship with Big Jane? Yes or NO? Do you want to Big Jane’s help? Yes or No? Why do we keep letting Dan try to involve himself in your life??? (make a clean break for everything’s sake URGGHGH) Do you have to help Jet???? ABSOLUTELY THE FUCK NOT, let that spoiled ungrateful fucking ass brat rot in fucking PRISON.

IDK what jet was on this episode, but he is fucking delusional. First off, when and why did he start to hate his older brother? Like what fucking right does he have to do that, little Jane saved his stupid ass from loan sharks who were going to beat and kill him b/c of his debt. When did he view his brother as a loser??? Does a loser do whatever it takes to provide for his family and to let his younger siblings pursue what they want? Does a loser save your ass from 2.5 million baht debt? They let you practice dancing, they let you go to auditions, they let you do all this, and the only thing they wanted was for you to have a Chinese medicine degree to have a fallback plan in-case you didn’t become an idol. like it wasn’t their fault you weren’t passing the audition, but they made sure you have something to do if that didn’t work. No one in your family was stopping you, in fact, EVERYONE WAS SUPPORTING YOU AND YOUR DREAM. Like how far was your head up your ass that you couldn’t see how much your parents and older brother supported you and wanted you to succeed????? And Jet, you need to FUCKING APOLOGISE to your older brother and family. Stop running to little Jane whenever you have a problem or to BIg Jane (side note: both Janes please learn to say no). Jet has caused this massive change to his entire families lives and he hasn’t acknowledged ANYTHING. Maybe next ep?? Imma just ignore this gigantic inconsistency and call it a day😂😅
Ep 6 was a definite upgrade from the previous 5 episodes. There was actually a story and things IMPORTANT THINGS happened, like finallyyyyy. I wished they had this in the previous eps, but it’s already done, I can only hope for the rest of the eps to be better.
idk what happened in the ending… it was just trash bullshit… like utter crap. and the beginning was so promising and good too, like whyyyyyyy????!!!!?!??
they had such good chemistry and their story was going well, but than they did the tumor storyline just wrong, like they could have just lied to his father, get him treated, then live happily ever after, or he would die and have it a sad ending, but at least they tried to find a way to live together forever.
also that meteor thing whatever shit that was needs some serious rethinking, like who came up with that. no relevance nothing added to the story and complete and utterly useless.

This was by far the best BL of this year. Payback will always stand as one of the best Thai bls ever made. this was truly so good. I will miss the eps every Saturday and I have fallen in love with minlee and toptap and I can’t wait to see their future projects together….. ahhhhhh I just love them so much

I’ve been falling behind on this series and Ive finished up to ep 5… is it worth it to continue watching or should I drop it? Does it get better and does Xiao Fan finally grow a spine??
the writing and story are so basic. like their is no surprise or shock factor as this show progresses…. like I’ve been waiting for something interesting and sadly it isn’t here
ep 5 review (sort of bc I wasn’t watching 100% of the time)
first off what is with the green screen car scenes with Nahkin and Ongsa, so poorly done like they could have just filled it outside but who knows. their chemistry is good, but again their plot feels been there done that.
Now I don’t like what the screenwriters are doing with phatsa and Nakun. I don’t get how they have feelings already. there was no build up, it was just bite, sex, live together, then I’m jeaslous, with no emotional development between the characters. there love story feels rushed just so they can put more NC scenes in (this is one of the only times I want them to hold off on the NC intimate/ scenes to actually build a relationship)
I get what they were doing with Phatsa being moody this ep bc of his pregnancy, but it is such an underwhelming and annoying contrast from the strong phatsa who won a pheromone battle in ep 4 and takes charge between the fighting brothers.
this series needs better writers, director, and editor, bc I’m not seeing the vision of what they wanted this series to be or what plot they wanted it to follow. nothing flows, nothing is connected, and the poor actors are given nothing to work with
it was good until it wasn’t. It started off fairly strong with an interesting trainee/ idol plot, but I felt like it lost where it was going about half way through. I think they tried to add more drama than necessary for this show and some details felt too forced as they tried to incorporate too many things.
Khun and Jaemin were ok but I expected more from HyunJae and SooAn story. It felt disconnected for some reason don’t exactly know why tho😅.
I did like how HyunJae made the company and CEO pay for his actions, but I didn’t really like anything else about the ending, like please finish the main couple story and put them back together instead of giving us that sort of inferred ending. like I understand we knew they would get back together but I really hoped to see it.
Overall I hoped for more. the other two love classes were good, this was definitely the weak link. nothing on the actors just the show as a whole

No one in your family was stopping you, in fact, EVERYONE WAS SUPPORTING YOU AND YOUR DREAM. Like how far was your head up your ass that you couldn’t see how much your parents and older brother supported you and wanted you to succeed????? And Jet, you need to FUCKING APOLOGISE to your older brother and family. Stop running to little Jane whenever you have a problem or to BIg Jane (side note: both Janes please learn to say no). Jet has caused this massive change to his entire families lives and he hasn’t acknowledged ANYTHING. Maybe next ep?? All he does is cry and beg litle Jane and Big Jane for help without having any idea what it means and how it affects them. He cries and begs and whines and complains? Also how does dating MULTIPLE GIRLS at the same time equal being your dream and being an idol. You said being an idol was your dream, didn’t fucking think that involved dating multiple girls at the same time. You were an inconsiderate and unloyal player who broke your idol contract and have to pay for the violation or be sued and go to jail. Like dude, go to fucking prison and take up that debt yourself, so dumping it onto your older brother to solve everyone problem that you run into and CREATED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!

they had such good chemistry and their story was going well, but than they did the tumor storyline just wrong, like they could have just lied to his father, get him treated, then live happily ever after, or he would die and have it a sad ending, but at least they tried to find a way to live together forever.
also that meteor thing whatever shit that was needs some serious rethinking, like who came up with that. no relevance nothing added to the story and complete and utterly useless.
so frustrating when it started so good.

ep 5 review (sort of bc I wasn’t watching 100% of the time)
first off what is with the green screen car scenes with Nahkin and Ongsa, so poorly done like they could have just filled it outside but who knows. their chemistry is good, but again their plot feels been there done that.
Now I don’t like what the screenwriters are doing with phatsa and Nakun. I don’t get how they have feelings already. there was no build up, it was just bite, sex, live together, then I’m jeaslous, with no emotional development between the characters. there love story feels rushed just so they can put more NC scenes in (this is one of the only times I want them to hold off on the NC intimate/ scenes to actually build a relationship)
I get what they were doing with Phatsa being moody this ep bc of his pregnancy, but it is such an underwhelming and annoying contrast from the strong phatsa who won a pheromone battle in ep 4 and takes charge between the fighting brothers.
this series needs better writers, director, and editor, bc I’m not seeing the vision of what they wanted this series to be or what plot they wanted it to follow. nothing flows, nothing is connected, and the poor actors are given nothing to work with
I’ll give it another ep or so
Khun and Jaemin were ok but I expected more from HyunJae and SooAn story. It felt disconnected for some reason don’t exactly know why tho😅.
I did like how HyunJae made the company and CEO pay for his actions, but I didn’t really like anything else about the ending, like please finish the main couple story and put them back together instead of giving us that sort of inferred ending. like I understand we knew they would get back together but I really hoped to see it.
Overall I hoped for more. the other two love classes were good, this was definitely the weak link. nothing on the actors just the show as a whole
