Haha yeah correct! Definitely same feeling here. That's why I prefer to read the novels if they are available. Watching the series only to help me visualise the characters, and let the novel or any fanfic to expand it from there.

That's exactly why I don't really watch Mainland China BL series anymore nowadays, although it has a lot of potential, but the bromance-ification of the series and how they are often forced to end rather tragically/negatively often kind of ruined the experienced for me.

Glad to see many people coming here and sharing our thoughts and many good things about our favourite PatPran and OhmNanon here. And for keeping this place mostly very healthy and clean. Let's keep it up! ):)
Stay positive! I am still very deeply touched by PurePlusSnowxOhmNanon yesterday. They were amazing there.
I have some ideas in mind on Bad Buddy Fanfic on AO3, but I will need some time to do it. Next week I will get the Revisited done, plus settle some other things like leaving a proper review here. Then after that, hopefully give a few weeks or so, the AO3 story will be done.
No guarantee that it will be good. It will be Canon-Compliant and will be a long story, spanning from the time of their birth to their elementary then high school time. Then following the main Bad Buddy story plus all the hidden gestures, signs and other uncommunicated details that we had discussed endlessly here back when we were watching each episodes live.
(And some aspects from my post on the inner thoughts and conversations of Pat and Pran as what I did for second half of EP 10 a few weeks ago will be part of it too)
It will of course stretch into the Post-Canon period, ending with a most well-deserved wedding for Pat and Pran. I hope I'm not too ambitious about this plan.
(Yes, I am planning to write it as if it is the grand story to end all stories. But it's to enrich all the other stories out there, not to compete with them! Most importantly, it's a fitting tribute from me to Pat and Pran's true love)

Had Bad Buddy been based on a novel as wildly popular as Immortality is, it would have garnered over 100k comments here by now (I am serious), and there would have been probably 2gether level of viewership in YouTube.
Note that the original novel for Bad Buddy (titled 'Behind The Scene') is an excellent novel, and I highly recommend you reading it if you haven't done so.

It's the original novel. The original novel for Immortality is extremely popular especially among many fans of this particular BL genre.
The additional wait made it even more so, as it has been about 2 years since it was supposed to air. (Plus, there is indeed a real chance that it may never be allowed to air, but so far it's still speculations. Mainland China government regulations are not in favour of their release at the moment)
