First short stats update after our 50k comments here in MDL!

Just to let everyone know that EP 10 and 11 are about to cross 10 million views each in YouTube, most likely by Bad Buddy Friday this week latest.

Total views now is about 137 million, and we are still on track to cross 140 million by end of February. With all the promotions GMM is placing on Bad Buddy (plus the Illumination today), I won't be surprised that there will be an uptick in viewers.

I was actually hoping that P’Aof and GMM may somehow find out about this story and read it, so that they may consider adapting it as the sequel storyline!

Bad Buddy has finally reached 50k comments in MDL, the most commented series in all of this site!

We have gone a very long way since December 2020 when this series was first announced (and means when this site was created in MDL). We only had just below 2k comments the week before this series aired in late October 2021.

It has been gradually picking up pace, crossing 20k comments as we enter the new year 2022. We have 36k comments by the finale 1 month ago. Can't believe that it is still very active here and rising to 50k as we have seen today!

The fact that we stayed at 8.6 for over a month now after that drop says a lot about the true rating of Bad Buddy.

I think it's an art exhibition in collaboration with House of Illumination. And it happens that GMMTV chose Bad Buddy (out of all the other series it could have chosen) for this!

Stats wise, I just saw that Cutie Pie has already garnered 5 million views for its first episode in YouTube, released just 3 days ago.

Hmm, it seems we may have a strong challenger here (stats wise). It’s significant because Mandee Channel has far fewer subscribers than the Thai BL powerhouses like GMM and Studio Wabi Sabi.
