EP 8 has passed 10 million earlier this morning as mentioned yesterday. Now the first 9 episodes of Bad Buddy has passed 10 million views in YouTube.
EP 10 and 11 both have exceeded 9 million views as well, and should reach 10 million in about two weeks. EP 12 is approaching 8 million views at the moment.
We will pass 130 million views later this week. 150 million will be passed by next month or April (and passing Still 2gether as GMMTV's #6 All-Time BL Series)
no no ofc not. They will definitely be in another series again. look at EarthMix and OffGun they got multiple…
Will be sooner than you think. I'm sure 2023 and 2024 we'll have BL projects for them (plus others), and late 2022 is possible for a special episode/sequel miniseries like 2gether style for Bad Buddy.
I don't want to talk about rating too much. But I noticed that for other series the activities in the stats have not been recorded since 23 Jan 2022.
So if the rating for Bad Buddy doesn't make sense, there is also a possibility that there is a problem with the MDL server. Maybe they are rectifying it as we speak.
I am looking at the most watched series here in MDL (with over 150k watchers) - a.k.a. Goblin. It is rated 8.9 and ranked #49, but its rating subcategories are all below Bad Buddy. Hence, as I said before, Bad Buddy's true rating is somewhere around 9.0 (I compared it with The Red Sleeve before too), and true ranking should be around #30.
We are about to cross 128 million views total in YouTube, which means we have already surpassed Waterboyy (approx. 127 million) as #7 all-time GMMTV BL series.
(The data in one link I saw in Twitter is inaccurate, it showed that Bad Buddy was only at 121 million yesterday)
Meanwhile, EP 8 should cross 10 million views by tomorrow. Most episode parts except for the finale have crossed 2 million each. People are still rewatching plus new people watching. Growth in views have been steady and good!
