it is good, though the ending was a little sad but hopeful and it made sense, I watched it on youtube once upon…
It could have had a sequel if not for the misdeeds of the director, as mentioned in one of the comments above. Sad how it ruined the prospects of this series' continuation.
Another excellent AO3 story for sharing with all of you.
The fact that Bad Buddy and PatPran gave rise to so many of these amazing stories show just what an impact it has to so many people out there. It never happens to any series before as far as I know, not at least among all the Thai BL series or pairings.
Has anyone watched this Filipino BL - "Like in the Movies"? Is it any good and where can I watch this?https://mydramalist.com/61655-like-in-the-movies
Gaya Sa Pelikula (Like in the Movies) is good and I think the acting is quite good too. Based on what others have shared, I think I can recommend it to you. However, the sad thing is that the story left open-ended without any second season.

What I like so much about this story is that, its perspective made Pat's crying at the end of EP 11 to have a lot more sense now.
Remember the CCTV on the pole above their rubbish bins? While we don't know just how much it can see, but if they really looked sad and terrible in the view of the CCTV, that would have made their act much more believable to their parents.
State of Bad Buddy Report - 14 days after finale, 99 days after first episode(YouTube total of all four parts…
As a statistics lover here, I sometimes sighed looking at these stats of Thai BL series - when compared to the most popular Chinese drama series (mostly non-BL) out there, where some of them get 100 million views within a single day, and I read somewhere that one of them reached it within just 4 hours after first release.
(Plus many of those streamed episodes are not split into four/five parts in their channels (Tencent Video and WeTV, iQIYI, Youku, Viki, Viu, and others), unlike most Thai BL series - which means that the margin just gets even greater)
(Additional Note: As I read elsewhere too, not all the views may be legitimate, as it was known that there were 'click farms' to garner more views. So, do take the immense viewership with a little pinch of salt.)
Always reminding myself not to compare the numbers too much - it's the quality that matters in the end, and Bad Buddy is among the top there, if not the top! ):)

It sounds alike after all :)

Ohm and Nanon event together, from December 2019. No English sub, but it's good! I'll watch anything that has them inside :)
(They were making traditional kites there :))
I just hope Bad Buddy’s OSTs can be as popular as ITSAY and IPYTM’s OSTs. Their OSTs already exceeded even 2gether and Still2gether OSTs by views!
