Feel free to ignore my thoughts! But!...Can I just say I really really love the fact that pat /Pran do NOT have…
Same here! I like just how they looked mostly natural without too much makeup.
That is how Bad Buddy is also better than many other series that depended too much on artificial means to enhance looks (without a matching effort to give us quality in acting and story among other things)
Oh yes, clearly GMM kind of underestimated how great Bad Buddy can be, when we viewers can immediately see how…
For the new thing from Bad Buddy, I would want to see the continuation of Pat and Pran story of course. As AO3 writers have shown us, there are really a lot of things and scenarios that can be considered for the sequel.
I really just hope P'Aof and any of the screenwriters will actually go there and see what amazing stories had been written there to inspire them to exceed all those stories with an even better story for a sequel.
And a prequel focusing on the high school Pat and Pran interactions will be great too!

Special episode can definitely still be fitted in somehow towards the later part of this year. A sequel will have to wait for 2023, but I can guess that they may already be planning for it.
For Thai audience, after all, Ohm and Nanon, despite their immense popularity now, a large segment of that audience must have looked out for the more established actors and actresses, or their old favourites like the Holy Trinity of old, plus BrightWin's popularity from 2020.
Ohm and Nanon after all are still very young and despite having a lot of shows under their belt, but those were geared more towards the younger segment of viewers. Bad Buddy is honestly their very first, and immensely successful attempt to break that 'glass ceiling'.
GMM is still too fixated at BrightWin and 2gether's immense relative success, that they probably were blinded and couldn't see clearly that OhmNanon has the potential and the actual ability to overtake and exceed BrightWin, if only they have helped Bad Buddy a lot more in the promotion and all (plus afterwards too).

Oh I did not know they're staring in a movie together. That's very exciting. Thank you for sharing.
My Precious was actually supposed to air earlier than Bad Buddy. It was also announced a year before Bad Buddy. But it got delayed by the pandemic and ended up being finalised later than Bad Buddy.
Just my observation but I always notice that in a story/show the one who falls in love first is also the first…
I think it's also partly because of the history of the two families - since Pran's mum is the one who was wronged and therefore she was the one more adamantly against the relationship between Pat and Pran, and having been forced to separate by her, Pran would have been far more cautious about it.
Of course as you mentioned, their communication with each other is really on an epic scale.
If Bad Buddy takes place in our universe (I remembered someone mentioned breaking the fourth wall earlier on yesterday…
Someone noted that the university first year may be the present (due to the post-pandemic reference in the early episode, EP 1 or 2), and that means, the finale will have taken place in 2025 or so :)
Just thinking of how it can crossover into our universe somehow, coz Bad Buddy just really felt so real! Pat and Pran really feels as if they really exists. That's just how good their characters and the acting by Ohm and Nanon had been.
Well, I just hope if there is a special or sequel, we won't have to wait until year 2025 ):)
I don't hold my breath, unfortunately. The ideological zeal in Mainland Cina is insurmontable, at least for the…
The current situation in Mainland China, the politics and the trend are not favourable at all for this, unfortunately. This year being the major year for Chinese government and politics does not help it either (their regular 5 years session sits this year and the usual change in government takes place this year too).
For Thailand, in general, the government does not intrude that much in this aspect compared to Mainland China's government. In some aspects, yes, they are quite strict, but generally, the Thai society tends to be a lot more welcoming and open towards same-sex relationships than much of the rest of Asia.
Although that does not mean that same-sex marriage is an easy hurdle to overcome. After all, don't forget that so far in all of Asia, only Taiwan has fully recognised same-sex marriage (even that one had to go through political hurdles earlier on). Israel is close behind, but yet to fully implement it. Compared to the rest of Asia, contextually, Thailand is actually already very liberal in this sense.
Been pondering how GMMTV might want to utilise Ohm and Nanon's growing popularity going forward, and what kind…
Oh yes, clearly GMM kind of underestimated how great Bad Buddy can be, when we viewers can immediately see how big a potential they can be (For me, I already know right away from the very first trailer in December 2020 that Bad Buddy will be very big when it comes out, and knowing Ohm and Nanon separately in their respective projects, I know they will nail it for sure).
They could have done more to promote BB earlier on before and during airing, but that's already done deal. What we now see is basically Ohm and Nanon are trending everywhere and the events they are having boost this even more. And most importantly, they are happy and totally comfortable doing it, and not because they were forced to do so. It is very obvious.
They will definitely have more things coming their way, in 2023 for sure, and as I mentioned before, I won't rule out later part of 2022 either. And Bad Buddy is something too big not to have any special episode, and a sequel is actually having quite a high probability of being in the planning (or maybe even already in the pre-production stage, but in secret).
Fo Vice Versa, we don't know yet just how much Ohm and Nanon will be involved. Jimmy and Sea certainly will be the highlight there, although we may yet to see more of Ohm and Nanon than what we may think of based on the trailer.

Anyway numbers aren't always important, it's the overall quality of the story and the series too :D
Well, it’s sometimes what I call the unsolved MDL ‘mystery’.

Today is the day Pran returns to Singapore (after his two weeks break) for another year before he can go back to be with Pat again.
(There is enough fanfic out there in AO3 to satisfy you more and over while we wait for any possible special/sequel)
Sorry no watch links to share with you all. No Episode 14 too... (only in our imagination) (:(

They target different audience haha :) MaxTul was great.
