It's possible, and in the context of Pat and Pran, their past and dynamics, their very strong and enduring love, it's definitely possible.
I made this comment before, that in fact two years (or earlier 4 years or 5 years, before we knew the ending), is nothing compared to the lifetime of happiness that they will share with each other after they are reunited.
Aof should do a prequel on alternate plot: what if Pran was never transferred to another highschool and stayed…
Yes that will be an interesting plot to follow, although, it may kind of dampen our spirit knowing how the original story turned out. Unless... it also ends equally if not more happily too.
But who knows? We won't know until it does come to being.
For me, I prefer a prequel showing them in high school following the same storyline (just my opinion ):) )

Yup2, of course I would have wished that too. But sometimes this kind of temporary separation is what makes a relationship stronger, to make they realise those feelings they have for each other, ever present even when they were apart.

EP 3 and 6 in a few hours will both reach 10 million combined views in YouTube (EP 6 has reached this just earlier), joining EP 1, 2, 5, 7 and 9 as the over 10 million views episodes.

I mentioned this before. That would have been too obvious to their parents. As much as they were quite a bit more free to explore their love relationship with each other, but they were still wary of their parents.
Plus, starting the first year at work is never easy. A lot of adjustments and work to do. Working in Singapore in particular can be quite busy all day and week long.
