I really like li mao's charater, it feltmore human to me. I liked his screen presence throughout the series . Rilay wang looked really handsome in this drama. hope to see him more in such costumes.
No offense but this drama didn't served me the things I personally wanted or i thought i might get from the drama. Firstly, since its written that the drama has political intrigue, and I am a huge fan of something which balances with romance and political drama, but my all expectations were shattered. Mo jingli was supposed to be a prominent character in the politics and all the plotting things which we haven't seen much of till now when only 7 episodes are left. Secondly, they introduced many people in the middle of the drama out of nowhere like they were just randomly present for some 10 eps and then just as randomly left too. It felt very out of the blue for me since I like to know the depth of the prominent people coming on my screen for a full hour. Thirdly, either there should have been a sequel or it should have been extended up to atleast 50 episodes as I feel that there is soo much to show about the past events, the characters, the second leads, or even the mission of main leads. I know that in last 7 episodes they will try to sum up all the things regarding fl illness, ml revenge, fl revenge , sml plotting, along with all court shit. Atlast I think the way they handled the storyline was pretty much messed up, the story is good, the acting is fabulous plus the space is also pleasuring but it still felt a bit messy.
In ep 11, I really liked the screen presence of Ye Ying especially when she entered prince li palace and her emotions had the depth. Truely, I wasn't expecting such from her since its just her debut project.
I love second lead couples very much.
