LHY is a good actor, of course I liked him - like everyone else - in blood of youth but he stole my heart in Wulin Heroes (rewatched the latter like three times). I also thought the Youkou one would be first, but this one here is a nice intermezzo. So this is a film version of a novel? A popular one?
Finally a drama with armies that are worth the word. And that old genezer with his no less than seven sons! Very impressive sight to see them together in those uniforms. So far, I like it quite a lot, and at least it’s a fresh angle for a story. Let’s see how it develops!

I felt the same with all three other dramas you mention and haven’t watched them fully. Also shadow love I couldn’t watch fully. This is - for me - a totally different class. I’ll be starting from episode 1 again, after having finished the whole thing. But tastes are personal, do what you feel it’s right for you.
Normally a drama provides for a moment of tranquility or a simple breather throughout the storyline. Not this one. The fast pace and the associated adrenaline rush is on 24/7. I almost can’t take the heat any longer! 😂🤩
Such a good drama! I love the ML and his chemistry with the FL is very natural. Only one thing: is there a price to be won in cdrama land for the most lame title for a story? Did they sit around the meeting room table and ran out of options and someone came with the brilliant idea to call this gem yummy yummy? Yummy? Is this also the Chinese title? 😂😂😹😹
