It's like Jack got back with Dean because he found no other good option. Dean is very weak when it comes to Jack indeed. Now he does not look as confident in this relationship as before. His eyes look like he is thinking something but decides against saying them to Jack. I also feel that another motive of Jack might be to get his work life smooth.

I really thought this won't be coming in my life.
