So turns out they were misbehaving and mistreating Smart. Is this true ?? So it's not GIR's forceful decision ??

Does that mean Smart was actually forced to end the contract by the company ?!

I think you should watch it and come up with you own opinion.

Let me tell you. This is one of the best adaptation of a manga in history of BLs. The characters act a/c to the need of the character.

The OP is saying all this bcz they definitely haven't read or watched the manga or anime.

The things you said here is what I think about the latest Chinese BL "REVENGED LOVE". Very disorganized show, the two main characters are the biggest red flags of that series and there is no mutual respect even b/w the couple. The most disturbing BL I've ever watched up until now.

Topform is better than 98% of the BL series that aired this year. The top 2% for me is "Secret Relationships" and "TopForm" (the two best BLs of this year).

If you think one of the main character (Akin) is overdoing it then you're clearly unaware of that character's need and i believe you haven't watched or read the original work and anime from which it has been adapted. (I've watched the Japanese anime version of it nd this live adaptation clearly shows a very good imitation of it.)

Akin being so vulnerable all the time is the need of the character. The character has been made like this. And the actor "Boom" has depicted it in the most accurate way possible. That's the thing we're appreciating.

It's a DRAMA and a DRAMA is all about "FLASHY DRAMATIC MOMENTS" otherwise why would it be called a "DRAMA" little miss ?!
And it's not even flashy. It's just how it's should be. It's the need of the "DRAMA".

Guys. I didn't like the Revenged love (2025).
Especially the two main characters (Chi Cheng and Wu Suo Wei) were kind of disturbing to me. Because I don't think there is any type of mutual respect b/w them.
So, if I want to watch this one is it any better than the 2025 version.

I knew they wouldn't cz it's impossible to make countless parts of it.

And ORV is a big novel. I don't think it can be completed in just one part.
So is there any chance of getting more parts/seasons ?!

But let me tell you one thing both actors of TopForm Smart and Boom are so handsome. No wonder people are going crazy over them. I mean you can look out for them yourself.
Also I think it's one of the most popular Thai BL of 2025.

There is a melody used in this series called "Twilight Boulevard" by Zhang Hao and Zhao Junrui. It's on Spotify and also in the official line-up of Revenged Love OSTs.
It's really good. I hope you all go and give it a listen. I watched this whole series with headphones on and whenever this played in background it sounded and felt real good.
Perfect soundtrack for the character Chi Cheng. I want to call it "THE BROKEN CHI CHENG ANTHEM".

My favourite couple ofc JXS and GCY.
My favourite characters JXS, GCY and Wang Zhen.

- JXS because he's a very good friend, generous, humble and just a simple guy with dreams. He didn't deserve the things that happened to him in his early life.
- GCY because he's respectful, caring (ready to throw hands on "WHOEVER" hurts JXS) and a person who is willing to change with the power of love and actually changed.
- WZ .. nobody can hate this guy ik. The ultimate most mature man of this series. His level of wisdom is unmatched. He deserves world for being so calm, collected and calculative.

My favourite actor. I feel like I'm might get laughed at for saying that by some people (ik)👀.. but it's none other than "Tian Xu Ning". 😂
I loved him as an actor. His acting of a Broken, Bad boy type of guy was very good. His sarcastic face expressions, his depiction of anger and resentment is really phenomenal.
I also like the sassy face expressions Ziyu and Liu Jun made in this one. It's funny to think. Both are such cutiepies.

I see all of them getting main roles in their lists except TXN. I hope TXN gets more main roles. I would like to see him in a different role to forget CC.

Though the actors are good I'll never recommend it to anyone who is watching BL for the first time or even a general BL watcher. They're going to think I'm a weirdo for liking this.
