"Did I lose something ?" Who's gonna tell him ?? 😣
You lost the one who wasn't afraid to curse someone for you, took humiliation for you, didn't leave you alone to suffer in any case, didn't lie to you, took bullets and stabs for you, helped you become a king, the first-last-one-and-only person who called you "Cheoljongie" and on top of everything the one who really loved you. You lost the soul you actually loved my dear Cheoljong. You never loved Eui bin and you don't love the Queen either. You love and lost *Mr. Queen*.
(It hurts, It hurts so bad.)
It is painfully good. I wasn't expecting anything less for the ending because it is a straight drama. No wonder every discussion is just talking about the ending. But the ending does not make the series any less of a masterpiece.
The things changed for the better, for both, Cheoljong and Jang Bong-hwan, but the sad thing is that one will never know who he was attached to all this time (will probably feel a sense of loss from time to time) and other will forever live with those memories and emotions in his mind. The desperation and sadness in him when he all of a sudden unwantedly came back in his original body, says alot. Atleast Jang Bong-hwan left his essense in the Queen, so she will express herself more freely now.
I'm not forcing myself, instead I'm trying to find what is this trying to tell. I already went through a big denial period before watching it. It took me 8 months to finally make myself watch it. I couldn't and can't postpone it any further.
Watched 15 eps. and so far I understood and liked the friendship dynamic, how they learn to grow as youngesters, how they do not accept unfair treatment from anyone and accept their mistakes and are not afraid to say sorry.
This drama is definitely a good learning experience for a younger audience. It's not for me though.
(Did i just presented myself as an old person ? ðŸ˜)
Cheoljongieeeee crying after finding out that he's gonna become a father 😠.. cutest king i've ever seen in my life. The queen and the baby to be are the only happiness in his struggling life right now. I feel so bad yet happy for him. I can't wait to see the reaction when everyone in the palace finds out.
The real life King Cheoljong of Joseon era suffered much more than the fictional Cheoljong and did not have a very good reign period because of being a puppet of Andong kim clan. He is still known to be a kind person though. I hope he atleast gets a nice ending as a fictional character here.
How can Gu Ran be so sensible ? At that age when boys literally just joke around about everything carelessly, he's so understanding towards not just Jiang Jia but his parents and friends too.
JJ has a crush on Qianyu and wants to confess her feelings, GR gives her strength and pushes her towards confessing QY so that she can finally get an answer, despite him having a crush on her.
In the order of being most understanding - Gu Ran >> Guan Fang >> Zhang Lurang
Giiiirl .. Jang Bonghwan is gay for Cheoljong. ðŸ˜ðŸŒˆ
He denied and denied but he still couldn't move on from the new feeling after spending the night with him, he likes it and later counts it as a new good experience. He cries and feels bad when something happens to him. He's ready to throw hands when someone harms him or can give up on everything just to protect him. I'm telling you, he needs to stay in this body forever or me and Cheoljong both are gonna cry. I wasn't expecting the rainbow coming towards me, protect them at all cost.
The whole Mac-Du-Nal-Du scene is geniussss, i've tears in my eyes. She's changing history. I love how the king comes up with his own full forms and definitions lol but the meaning is always on point.
12 eps. into this and I still find 2nd cp much normal, the friendship between them is so precious though and the grandma too. Their particular life struggle as teenagers is also making a good part of the drama.
You don't necessarily have to become the sun. If you're willing to, you could be a star, a streetlight or a firefly. They're all capable of shining . When they want to shine, they shine. When they don't want to shine, they slack off. Even if you don't shine, some people can see you at a glance. [Grandma won my heart with this. 💘]
You're already done reading it ? How long did it take you ? I'm relieved to know that ZZS was actually treated…
Thank-you for all the information. I also found both Seventh Lord and Tian Ya ke on Chichi's dives. I hope it's a good translation or maybe you can tell me where you read it.
1 week is really impressive. It took me almost a month to read MDZS and I don't even remember how many pgs. were in it. Idk how long will it take me to read a 374 pg. document of TYK. I'm afraid.
Unknown is a decent and fluffy BL. Not too heavy on your heart, yet emotionally very deep if you notice things. It's a "found family" trope too. You will not be bored, it is very funny.
Sure, let's find some time to watch Guardian together (I'll ask you if I decide to watch it). Dated back to 2018, it's even older than The Untamed, kinda surprising. I feel like it's a good one.
**Queen was dancing absurdly in the rain, the sky started thundering** Queen - Why is it thundering ? Lady Choi - Heaven is upset (at your absurd dance) Queen - Please be more upset at my pelvic gyrations and rain some more.
This Novel Faraway wanderers is one of the best i have ever read in my life...Zhou Zishu is such an interesting…
You're already done reading it ? How long did it take you ?
I'm relieved to know that ZZS was actually treated as the other main character in the novel because in the drama his role wasn't that engrossing. He was just kinda there, to please Wen Kexing and do his "so-called" soulmate part. (Might come out as offensive to many people but that's what I thought and I can't do anything about it.)
When I was watching it, in the mid. i found out that many of Priest's danmei works have been adapted into dramas. I've watched another one of her work before called "Unknown/Da-ge/Big brother" and it's a BL not bromance. The difference between "Unknown" and "Word of Honor" is crazy.
Another one of her work is in my watchlist called "Guardian/Zhen hun", and some are stuck forever because of the censorship (just like Eternal Faith and Immortality). She's indeed a well known author.
You're making me want to start reading Seventh Lord and Tian Ya ke right now.
Lol, there is a woman on Youtube by the name AvenueX, she fully exposed Word of Honor by decoding and defining the original lines said by the actors and the poems. The way she sassily explains it is very funny, and it's shocking to know how gay it originally was. Someone said the only thing straight about WoH is the dubbing and it's true. The script-writers did a very good job but the censorship ruined it all.
Ye Bai yi is not dead in the end. He passed all his cultivation to WKX & thus lost his immortality, &…
Whattttttt !? So Tian Ya ke has a prequel. I knew Da Wu and Beiyuan lacked depth. They kept saying ZZS saved their life so they're here to repay but there were no explanations as to what ZZS did for them.
Also they have deep ties with Prince Jin a/c to the drama. But there was no explanation to it too.
Honestly, many characters lacked depth like Ye Bai Yi, Prince Jin, Scorpion King and even Zhou Zishu too. I feel like ZZS's story goes deeper. We really know less about what was happening to him in the Window of Heaven and all of the other things that happened to him when he was working for Prince Jin. As for the Scorpion King, how was he saved by Zhao Jing and became his adoptive child.
(Look, I haven't read the novel so I'm thinking about these things with drama in mind. Ik in the novel story goes different but still in the drama they could've done better to explain these loopholes.)
Anyways, Thank-you for all the information. I'll start with Lord 7th whenever I get a chance to read it.
Ye Bai yi is not dead in the end. He passed all his cultivation to WKX & thus lost his immortality, &…
I also didn't understand the reason why Qin Huaizhang left WKX after accepting him as a disciple. Why couldn't he officially become a part of 4 Seasons Manor ?
And the sequence where Zhao Jing met and threatened WKX's parents for the key but was poisoned instead by them, so he left with a medicine and a counter threat in his hand. And then we only saw his parents ded bcz of ghost valley. Is this somehow related ?
What was the reason Rong Xuan didn't let anyone open the armory that they all made together ? Did he realized the curse of that technique that they all wanted to practice or did he become greedy ??
Have you read them both ? Will it become necessary to read the sequel if I read Tian Ya Ke ??
Ye Bai yi is not dead in the end. He passed all his cultivation to WKX & thus lost his immortality, &…
That makes sense. Now I really wanna know what was his actual contribution to the story in the original novel. I've heard so many things have been altered in the drama. Maybe I should read the novel to find out.
Who's gonna tell him ?? 😣

It's not all bad just Su Zaizai's clingy personality.
Also they have deep ties with Prince Jin a/c to the drama. But there was no explanation to it too.
