I came to see theories about what's going on in the show, and as I'm reading through comments, d@mn is this comment section *not* passing the vibe check π¬ I don't know why people are so pressed about others having different opinions or preferences, but christ on a corn dog are they ever.
Anyway, I'm guessing multiple personality disorder. Just to throw my hat in the ring lol.
Why do GMMTV horrible shows kerp geyting hogh ratings. First Thame po and now this one?
Personal taste is, in fact, personal. I thoroughly enjoy both this show and ThamePo, because that is my personal preference. Are they perfect? No, of course not. Am I entertained and enjoying the silliness? Yes, and yes. Do I enjoy the emotional aspects of people falling in love? Yes. Do I think improvements could have been made? Again, yes. But that doesn't mean the show as a whole is bad to me. I take *all* Thai BL with several grains of salt because I know they are not going to be masterpieces. And if I don't enjoy it, I don't watch it.
I smiled so much this episode! 1. Sam third wheeling between Yotha and Gun! "Can I poke his cheek, too?" *Yotha growls* π€£ 2. Faifa flirt mode!!!! 3. "Does he drive a bus?" Wine's face as Fa picks up more and more people π 4. PondSand "our future" π₯°
Honestly, Fa has easily become one of my top favorite characters, so I'm genuinely excited to see the upcoming episodes. I hope Wine's heart is eased and he can then break Fa out of his perpetual over kindness. Fa's masking is *intense.* I'm glad we had a glimpse of Yotha knowing Fa overcompensates. I keep seeing his face when their mother was explaining why she took Faifa and not Yotha - he looked so broken. Wine and Fa are gonna be so good for each other!
I really do feel like the break up is coming because this entire series Po has been asking one question: how does…
Ooh, I honestly glossed over that aspect, so thank you for reminding me! It's such a genuine question, too, so I'm glad it's one that has been woven throughout - despite being a bit heartbreaking in the process.
Po is a grown man who has been in a committed long-term relationship before... Why is he acting so clueless in…
I think it's more hesitation after being treated so poorly by his ex. I would probably be the same way, honestly. "I want it, but can I trust it? Am I going to be let down again? How badly will it hurt when he realizes I'm broken and not good enough?" There's a war going on inside Po, wanting to believe Thame is all in, but fearing he's just making it up in his head. And Thame being new to relationships is both bold and naive in his pursuit. He charges forward, but he's mildly clueless. I actually think they balance each other well. I don't disagree that there's a large tendency to make one the oblivious puppy like you said, but I don't get those vibes here, personally.
To be honest, I kinda disappointed by the direction this episode took. At first at was so happy that they decided…
I totally get where you're coming from, but let me add how my brain interpreted it lol. Yes, the caving to fans was disappointing (realistic, but disappointing), but that took a backseat in my brain compared to the act of self sacrifice. Gam ending the relationship so that Per could continue with the group unscathed, despite not actually wanting to break up, is an act of love that shows just how much he means to her. She wasn't willing to stand in the way of his dream. Yes, she hurt him by doing so, but my deep and fervent hope is that they'll end up together again in the end. If Thame and Po manage to make it work, Per and Gam deserve the same. And based on what Po said to Fern, I'm hoping Fern will muscle up and use her influence as the fan base account owner to sway people with Po's words. So all fingers and toes crossed for that π€ I mostly think that once Thame and Po's relationship is publicized, the discussion of idols dating and having lives will come out and Per and Gam will be able to come back together. Of all the issues with the self sacrifice, I'm more concerned Po has that seed in his heart, and - based on the trailer - Pemika is going to exploit that. Man, I loathe that b!tch. I also agree that the going to Korea bit is just eh to me. It's what Pemika wants, which makes me automatically want the opposite lol. I wouldn't be opposed to it being part of the story, just not the end goal π
It breaks my heart that Gam did that to protect Per's dream. Like, I get it, but damn, that's some serious self sacrifice, gurl. And after her talk with Po, I fear that seed has been planted in his heart, too. I have never been one to be such a deep fan that I hang pictures or posters on my wall - not even when I was a young teen and NSYNC was my favorite. So I will never understand the types of fans who think it's OK to police idols/actors/famous persons private lives. Can you not see that everything in front if the camera is, in fact, a front? That being in the spotlight means they project the image they want to be known, but that out of the spotlight they have actual feelings and emotions and relationships? I have never understood, and I likely never will.
Why, when Style said to just add an S to the name of the burger joint, did my mind think he meant at the beginning? Like, I thought Sheart Burger, and said it like shart π
1. "I know I'm cute, but I can't be messed with!" π€£ Bison getting some of the best lines in the show lol. 2. My first thought about them getting into the prison was, "It was *Kant's* idea?!?!" And then seeing what it actually was I was like, "Oh, OK, that makes waaay more sense." 3. I'm a little miffed we didn't actually see the end of Lily. We deserved that, and I feel slightly cheated π 4. This show was silly and over the top for a lot of things, but it still made me smile. I enjoyed it, and it's camp, a lot π₯°
He still has to film the 2nd season of Fourever You too~ Hoping he doesn't wait to film it
My understanding is that Part 2 of Fourever You won't start filming until October, but also that New will not be the main director, but will have a team to work on it. He has like 3 or 4 series upcoming, so it's all about schedules and such.
Ok this one keeps popping on my feed lately but i haven't heard about it AT ALL. Is it worth the watch ?
I say absolutely. It's one of the best written and filmed shows I've seen from the BL world, regardless of origin country. And William and Est have amazing chemistry - it's genuinely surprising William is an acting rookie.
okay I understood and AGREED when people where angry at producers for casting a 16 year old to play in addictedthai…
The age of adulthood in Thailand is 20, so while this was being filmed he was still technically a minor. I actually expected way more chaste than what they did because of his age. So maybe that's why some people are upset? I've only seen people be super excited about it, but it's all been international fans. Thai fans maybe are the ones upset...?
My eyes are watering because I can't stop grinning like a fool. Po building it up in his mind only for Thame to panic and run, the members teasing Thame and being direct as hell, Baifern *actually* thinking Po would date Mick, angry jealous Thame, finally ridding Po of Earn, *actual kisses*, official boyfriends. Oh, it was a happy mess and I love it!
Guys... I dropped this and saw on TikTok that it's PoohPavel... I thought it's the other way around since Babe…
Babe was never the top, and the ship has always been PoohPavel because of that. I know this show is not for everyone, but I thoroughly enjoy it lol. It's ridiculous, yes, but in an entertaining way. And, honestly, it's worth it for Pavel's acting. He absolutely crushed it. Episode 10 is phenomenal because of him. It's an Omegaverse show, so anyone watching has to take it with several grains of salt lol
But when they left, the choice of "Tellow - If you hold on" with its lyrics was PERFECTION!
Yes, agreed! The quiet first then the song when they actually separated was a nice touch. It's rare to hear silence in any TV or film, so I like it when it's used so well βΊοΈ And now I need to find the song and add it to some play lists lol
okay in the description it says that its inspired by the movie β10 things i hate about youβ but i donβt…
It's based on The Taming of the Shrew by Shakespeare, the same as 10 Things I Hate About You. I would say loosely based, yes, but the "date one so I can date the other" is the basis.
1. "Did you know Laika died in space?" OMG Bison, just traumatize the kid, why don't you? π€£ 2. They couldn't make the tattoo just a little bit less perfect to look like an amateur did it π 3. I love that Style just constantly reassured Fadel about being there for him despite Fadel trying to push him to live without him. 4. I'm grateful for the silence in the background when they had to part. No extra noises and music to distract from the scene.
Anyway, I'm guessing multiple personality disorder. Just to throw my hat in the ring lol.
