Im sorry but look at him when he was in ballet form. He was muscular and toned. He has a smaller frame but his body has definitely changed. He's gorgeous don't get me wrong but its a fact he can gain some muscle weight based on previous photos. His publicist will tell him to say that and even if he was not healthy they don't care he makes them money. I care about Leo sadly some people believe everything they read rather than doing a bit of research. Stress from working too hard can make you drop weight too ive been there. Smh shame on people for encouraging possible actor burn out and worrying about good dramas over health of the individuals.
