It's great so far!
Many people rate everything Dylan Wang does as a 10. While I'm loving the story line the FL should have been someone else. Her acting is sub par for me. Dylan actually keeps the show interesting. I'm no Dylan groupie but I actually think his acting in this drama is excellent. The king...Man what a change from how he was in the beginning. Power really did go to his head. That stupid eunuch is the one that made him that way imo. It was clear the FL never loved the king but that bloody eunuch had to make it seem like she was infatuated with the king. I'm nervous how he will react when he finds out his love is with chief Xiao ?. He's so hot headed lately it is going to be a disaster!Was this review helpful to you?

I enjoy this drama but the FL is so gullibe and naive. Even after the ML tells her over and over shes making the wrong decision, she still does it anyways! I understand she wants to see the best in everyone, but its obvious she is horrible at picking men! The ML deserves better IMO. I would have given up on her long ago. I truly hope she redeeems herself so we shall see. If it does not get better i may have to drop this one. I have only dropped two dramas before. It's ok
Honestly I do like it even though it's a bit silly and something's are REALLY silly. However I don't feel any of the males or females are attractive in this show. It could be how they are dressed or how their hair is done. Idk what exactly it is but it doesn't make me swoon for anyone. If anything the assassin is the only one that is semi attractive and the princess he's with. Honestly I wish they had bigger parts because their love would have been interesting to watch. I can't say if I will watch the whole thing yet. I'll wait until I'm halfway through it and decide.Was this review helpful to you?
Wheres the spark?
Overall it was a slow start and the character development and attachments are taking way too long to form. The FL is absolutely beautiful. I love her eyes they are so big and express emotions well. Luo Yun Xi has always been a wonderful actor which that has not changed, but he is getting so unbelievably thin. He doesn't look healthy. The belt makes it worse they wrap it around him 3 times which makes him look even skinnier.Well anyways hopefully I see some sparks soon or I may drop my first Luo Yun Xi drama ever.

Dashing youth what a fitting name....
Wow! How many beautiful men can you pack in one show? While I know the ML is the main character, I find myself wishing every single male that pops up will stay throughout the whole show! Each episode has been like getting a surprise every day. I keep wondering which beautiful guy is next. I love the comical parts as well. I can tell this will be fun to watch. Hopefully it doesn't loose steam along the way. Keeping this momentum up will be difficult.Was this review helpful to you?
Finally a drama worthy of a 10!
Ive been waiting for the second half to come out for what feels like forever! How lucky can a FL be to have 3 gorgeous men vying for her affection? While I know Xiang Liu / Fangfeng Bei will not win the girl, I still find myself rooting for him. He's done so much for her and you can see how much he loves her. He would protect her and never sleep with another woman. I don't get why she chooses a cheater. Anyway so far loving the story and cannot wait to see how it ends.Was this review helpful to you?
Worst show of 2024 yet
The acting is absolutely horrible! I dont review much but I had to save others from watching this. The effects are even poorly done. The storyline is lazy and uninventive. I had hopes for this due to the main actors, but i guess good actors cannot fix a bad storyline. Im literally laughing at how fake the blood is.Was this review helpful to you?
