I read the translated book it's close apart from the 3rd couple and added 4ML towards the end which I heard was due to investors or something. All the x-rated bits got censored (you know where 😆). I thought Bai Lu made Shuyi a lot more lovable though, I didn't quite like her as much in the book, heavily favoured Shiyan there but in the drama I really liked both of them.

Loved the whole revenge plot too!

He has SO many dramas (he is like everywhere) I have no idea where to go next but I did love Perfect and Casual.

UK. I did hear Poland Prime hasn't got cdramas either...we have a mix of J/K/C drama + European (needs more I feel!) here

Ok so my next question (plea of ignorance honestly!) is whether this is typical - do cdramas normally go on these Korean platforms or is MM one of the popular ones that make it?

Oh ok. I can't tell how globally popular MM is doing since there was quite a lot of other dramas released at the same time. I usually find iQiyi on Prime - so I guess it may be one or the other for the international fan!

Do we know why LBFAD had its streaming rights acquired and not other iQiyi dramas? Also don't understand why Perfect Match is there and this is not.

Oh I know that scene by heart - I think you have the same sense of humour as me! Everyone here complains it's cliche, cheesy blah blah. This is the campy type if humour I love best....I mean you know and are waiting for that phone to ring to interrupt!

And by the end their irritation with the phone is so real 🤣🤣🤣

Yes I actually l liked the kissing scenes here much more - my favourite besides the bed scene was the koala one by the snow scene 🫠

I just love the pairing of the 2 of them - I read the book and they brought it to life for me, only the Zhou Keyu's character going after Bailu was a bit of filler I thought but the script rounded it nicely at the end....I narrowly escaped 2ML syndrome there - she had chemistry there too lol!

Looks like it changed to one with short hair now which one did you mean? I didn't like the long hair one posted as it was from 1 side/angle & looked a bit odd!

I'll probably get attacked but this is my fave romcom from Bailu over LIS (I can't get over the stalker bits I think in that). Pity the subtitles miss a lot of subtle word play as well in this and I need more of the text like articles etc to be translated!

I see polarising opinions - can't tell which one is tipping the balance though so very doubtful it will hit 9. Wouldn't worry about the rating and let it spoil the good drama - just keep encouraging people you know who like similar dramas to watch it!
