Oh Dylan definitely the right choice for OFL. He and BL have this energy and comedic element which really suit the premise of this drama. ZBB as a lead somehow I feel it would be a tad more serious.
It's not easy doing comedy - these 2 are amazing together.

He isn't the only one unfortunately. Poor Yang Chao Yue also had to apologise for Love You Seven Times production lately. She was in tears during her live which I thought was really sad. Young actors need to be given a chance.
Definitely his voice. Every time he says ZHENG SHU YI you can hear it 😆
Some people don't like his voice as it's high and they still associate him with the deep booming voice in Love Between Fairy and Devil. You will see comments here that folk think he should have been dubbed🤦♀️

You need a Chinese reader I think - I read the translation am sure a lot is lost! He didn't come across as awkward to me just a cool calm character who was trying to figure out what ZSY was up to, as he is intelligent & knows she is as well.
I loved the story as there were lots of little twists but not sure it's coming across in the drama although for characterisation on the drama I feel both BL/Dylan are doing a great job as the female did appear very cringey but again maybe a translation issue.
There are also lots of character introspection, which the drama tries to put in but may look odd compared to a book but short of having a mind reader, not sure how else you would do it.
Book was a great read, and drama so far a fun watch in line with it! Hope it stays that way!
It's a rumour but there were pictures of them out for dinner and last month Bailu joined them both for dinner too (photos taken). Don't think it will ever be confirmed, typical C-Ent, they can't really say anything!
It's fun and very light watch and sometimes no much logic - you just have to go with the flow! Only seen 1 episode…
I finished episode 2 still loving the comedy timing haha. I think I will try to take it slow - have you seen the schedule - it slows down crazily after a couple of weeks which is quite annoying.
