That dick was not 3,680.80 good
Hey gang and we are done. That was a pretty good show. I am going to rate it and then write my review. Had to change my Grammarly to less formal, lol. And we are back and I now have two reviews to write. I finished this show 4 days ago now. 8.9 out of 10. So 9 out of 10, let's break it down, spoiler style! Also not checking the grammar on this.
Sexy love money: "Haven’t we been here before? I know why y’all here and y’all know why I’m here. Fort and peat bruh. I don’t even know what’s happening, but I’m already obsessed. Okay, so I don't know anyone's name but Peat's character is a writer and a shut-in, which is so real, and Fort's character is some bad boy who is paid to look after him? I guess." Starting off their dynamic, it was pretty weird, but I liked it. It was a master and a servant kind of vibe and not really in a good way. I don't remember anyone's names anymore, lol. Rak and Mut, there we go. Rak was very "emotionally suppressed and reserved, hence why his emotions come out so quickly." Which we ended up seeing until the very end, which was a good consistency. He wasn't sure how love worked or anything past work because of the way he was raised and the way that he thought. I was thirsting over mut: "OOO BABY, I WISH I WAS THE NET MUT WAS HOLDING BECAUSE GOD MOTHER FUCKING DAMN." It was a good start but I was still very confused.
Love is just a figment of your imagination: That was the quote for the rest of the damn series, lol. Also, I finished this in a day, which mentally overloaded me. They have genuinely some of the best tension I have ever seen and we really saw that again for this drama. "I would be writing about what that tongue does in my romance novel if I {were} Rak." Vile ass line by me, dude. Peak the sex scene that " I don't even know how you have sex like that. Like how? You know what? Don't ask questions you don’t want the answers to, lol." Rak gives off a very standoff kind of vibe, and I love main characters like that. "THAT DICK BETTER BE HITTING YOUR FUCKING BRAIN IF YOU ARE GIVING HIM THAT MUCH MONEY." Also have my headline now. Rak's eyes were such a cry for help, dude, and I really wished they delved into the lore behind it more.
The best friend, whose name I can't remember, was such a case of "weaponized fucking incompetence, pretending to not be able to do shit." Also, Rak owns one pair of shorts because why was he wearing those so fucking much? Rak was very insecure and not used to compliments so he would shut Mut down whenever he said something remotely nice, which came to bite them both in the ass at the end. "FORT IS SO FINE AND HE KNOWS IT. Why does Rak have the most seductive pajamas on? I love hickies in dramas; it brings them to life even more. The difference in their outfits is very cute and I love it. They both have Daddy issues. They have sex a lot and that's real. Loud moaner though because I HAVE THE VOLUME ON ONE AND I CAN STILL HERE HIM. More hickies. That is a lot. They have crazy tension." THEY WERE FUCKING EATING UP THESE SEX SCENES; THE ACTING, THE LINES, THE LIGHTNING, THE MAKEUP, THE CONTRAST, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. One thing was that they had only known each other for less than two weeks and were already so enamored with one another.
3,680.80: Rich people scare me. New headline because this one is funnier. " It is kind of hard for someone to uproot their whole life for you." Mut dropping everything for someone he just met was crazy. Me thirsting over fort and peat: "Fort looks so good, I can't. He and this body are making me crazy. PEAT IS SO FINE HOLY FUCK. THESE GLANCES GIRL MUT GET IN LINE DUDE." The difference in their outfits and demeanor is what I live for. "You can't stop me from loving you." Mut. That line was deep as fuck. Parents and family very much affect the way you look at love and we find that out later on Rak's part.
"Trying to blow money on him to make up for the mistreatment because Rak doesn't understand what love is." That is real.
"They match each other's freak, lol. He said say less. I love how these sex scenes feel—very cutesy, very manure." Very meta. I wish we got to see more of Kom and Connor instead of just a one-off thing; I liked their dynamic. "These rich guys are going to the South and buying hot guys. Dude what. Kom was bought too." We meet Meena, who was the random kid in the sign special episode. We meet Rak's creepy ass dad. "Everyone keeps saying Rak is scared of his dad; I need more lore; I have seen some of it but not all of it." And that was all of the lore they showed us. I am kind of disappointed, not going to lie; they could have done so much more with that. Throughout the whole show, they hyped up his dad being this horrible monster and I mean, he was in one flashback. Then other than that, he just was weird. I wish they developed that more so I could get more into it.
Peat is such a good actor, it is insane. "They have a 10-year age gap in this, that is insane. That changes their dynamic a lot actually." There was a lot happening but none of it was writing down worthy.
"The return of the past is telling me that shit is going to come back in full swing very very soon. Not to be that person but his dad is kind of bad. Like the actor. Not to be that person though. I AM SORRY BUT WHOSE DADDY IS THIS BECAUSE GOD MOTHER FUCKING DAMN? I really can't explain it but he is very attractive. Not a single bit of remorse in the dad's voice, he really doesn't care. That is fucked up that his dad is making him choose." The manipulation that the dad was doing to get everyone around Rak away from him was so good, but they didn't use it for anything. I wish they did.
"This man has created generational fucking trama dude, so he was bad. Even if we haven't seen that, the way everyone is around him. Even with Prin, the way she was wary and flinched around him. Generational with the shits. The mood of this changed so gradually that it is almost perfect. Your wife, your two kids, your niece, and your grandchildren—that is fucked up. That is generational dude." They just didn't show us this monster's full form. " Also, I hope they are going to do another series together because they are both really good actors and really good together, so hopefully they do at least one more."
"150k is tapping into his own shit dude. He only gave him 122k that we have seen. There are two sides to this coin and I understand both. Rak doesn't want him to get hurt and he loves him so much that he is invalidating his own feelings and Mut loves him so much, more than money. If push comes to shove, when you love someone, you have to let them go. Rak is suffering so much dude, I wish Mut would just stay put but I understand his feelings one hundred percent. Rak is an alcoholic struggling with an eating disorder and overall he is lonely and doesn't really have many friends. Rak fucked him up so bad holy shit. That garbage truck is a good symbol of their love. "You can't escape them as long as you're still breathing." That is a deep-ass way to look at love, dude. Full circle. From the first, I love you, from the first time meeting to coming to Bangkok, to the bracelet to all of this trama. From the first I love, from the final time meeting to coming to the island, to the bracelet, to getting rid of all this trama. This "daddy" voice would make me cave so fast. A tear just ran down my leg type shit." And that was it.
I mean, it was good. Would I recommend it? Meh, sort of but not really. I liked it for the most part, but some of the plot was kind of blurry and bad. If you want sex with some heavy shit at the end that is not fleshed out then go ham and watch it. Then again I don't care. Stay woke. Okay bye!
