it’s been a few hours and I’m still on the “what was hyped up and promised was not delivered” however, this is probably one of the best series out there and I truly loved it. The blame goes fully on the editing/ editors. I really hope we’ll get to see them in another series together.
so I loved it… it’s my one of my top BL series but I’m a little confused at the editing at the end. especially the NC scene. there has been so much talk about it and well that talk did not deliver for what showed up on the screen. like I don’t need to see someone’s butt… I didn’t even think of it but I’ve seen so many interviews where they joked about how it’s going to be on the screen and well yeah that just didn’t happen. I think if there wasn’t so much hype about it, then it would have been perfect. I also don’t think it was the actors I 100% think it was editing. overall I absolutely loved this series. it’ll be a top fav of mine probably for years to come.
also to add another thing. in all the interviews I’ve seen they always talked about a clear top and bottom…. which I personally don’t care about but since they constantly mentioned it, I was aware of their supposed dynamic however the editing, at least to me, made it seem like the complete opposite of what they’d said in all the interviews. it is what it is. I really did love this series though and I hope we’ll somehow get another series with the two of them.
there are a few plot holes I wish they addressed or maybe I missed them 1. way was taeyi at karaoke to begin with? if he hates him so much and is avoiding his sister why would he be there??? 2. seheon’s dad being an abusive controlling ass was never addressed. it was just accepted. Even when taeyi shows up it’s never actually talked about . speaking of that…3. why was teayi on the phone in the rain running around looking for someone? how would he have known about seheon being there to begin with? there are others but these are the ones I’ve been thinking about since I watched it when it first came out and then unless I missed it they weren’t addressed the second time in my rewatch.
what in the soft core porn…. 😅 hey at least what they lack in plot I guess is made up by the NC scenes. although, this has been an excellent tourist video for Tokyo.
I saw an s2 in the actor's profile, but it's tbc? Maybe that might help to make the ending happier, tho i haven't…
I thought I saw somewhere the actors don’t work together anymore so I don’t know if there would be a season 2. I’d love it if there was though. other than the ending I really liked it

I’m STILL mess up from MODC. but from what people have said who read the book is shouldn’t be like that. at least I’m hoping. who knows how they filming the series. but if it’s a Modc ending I’ll never trust another Taiwanese BL again until every episode is out.
