Just finished watching this. Love this drama, definitely worth more than 7.8, should at least 8.2 or more. The story is interesting, the pace is good and the growth is also okay. I love both of the leads.. even the side characters are nice. This story give you the feeling of up side down. I really like Rong Yu char.. He is so nice.. and beautiful...

I have a lot of fav eps. But my favs among of my favs are ep. 30 (sickly LLH is so good to watch... I'm sorry haha) and end of ep. 37 and ep. 38 (because LLH being captured is so sexy? 😅).. and ep. 13 when DFS tried to cure LLH. Also when he found out that SGD hated him on ep. 31. So, maybe I just love all the miserable scene of LLH.. 😝.

Other than that, I esp like the 1st 4 eps where LLH and FDB just getting to know each other and LLH tricks him many times, the build up of the friendship.. I like it.

I think when they have to go to the mansion at the island where the princess was kidnapped.

I don't mind if they still make LLH sickly, just not too sick. They can solving mysteries and looking for the cure for LLH. So from time to time, our LLH needs to be taken care of. He is too OP if he is healthy haha..

From my understanding... No explanation in the drama, just what I think happen..
- ML died in ep. 23, so he reincarnated in ep. 24 with memories but he no longer want to be pei xun (six prince) since she wanted a peaceful life. I think he dispose his prince title and change his surname to become a scholar that no longer fight for the throne.. So when Liu family looking for a teacher, he came as the teacher. So to become a scholar that is young and establish enough to be a teacher for family like Liu family, he must have a strong backup which is the royalty. So I think this theory should be correct.
- His brother become the emperor and he support our ML, as we understood from prev life. He indeed loves his brother even when they are fighting for the throne. His queen is the princess from neighbor country who offer her veil to pei xun previously.
- Since ML has memory of prev life, all the betrayal and mole are easily deal with. So the country is in peace.

Somehow after ep. 21 I decided to stop watching and wait until all eps are completed. I don't want to feel stressed out. Haha.. I don't see anything positive will come out after ep. 21. Somehow I don't like any of MLs anymore.

He is naturally super shy. Even seeing her skin on earlier eps making him blush. I think he can't be too direct and also he respects her. He will I think if they are a proper couple. Hopefully soon.. haha..

I agree the subtitle is bad.. but even though I don't understand any chinese, I still manage to deduce the meaning. I get it when the subtitles keep using 'hospital' and gender contusing haha.. this MTL subtitle always on c-drama from mango tv or wetv.. by now, I'm expert in understanding MTL on c-drama.

Surprising good short drama. I usually don't like short drama but this one engage me to watch till the end. The actors doing very good job. Very talented esp the main leads.

I also especially like ML bro as well. He is good comedic char as well as value. I'm glad he become the emperor in 4th live and our FLML get their happy ending.

If only RY doesn't become what he became after being poisoning, i think there is a possibility that they could avoid the tragedy with RY guide. But, since it's "if only", they probably couldn't avoid their fate as well. Anyway, RY forecast that HJL will die in 4 years but she somehow manage to avoid it, maybe...
Just another theory- Maybe RY took the poison knowingly in order to change her destiny? Because he did asked her if she wanted him to drink it.

I never read the book, but i watched the anime (the beginning few eps only) but since I watched the drama first, it made me dropped the anime. They changed quiet a lot, too different compare to drama even at the beginning. I believe that anime must been following the book more closely since there are so many episodes.

This story is so good. I feel sad for FL, she made one mistake but that one mistake is so big. And ML is so good. As for actor, Wang You Shuo, I never really notice him before even though I did watch his other drama previously.. But here, his is so good.. I knew Irene Song from Ever Night as that drama is one of my fav. She is always good.

I'm on Ep. 12 now. The ep. is so sad. Waiting for the ML to regain his old self and for them to have a happy ending. I have no doubt of ML loves for FL.. but FL loves comes from guilt, I do believe love can develop even if the initial point is from guilt or of her wanted to compensate ML. I really hope she will fall in love for real. Also that senior brother, I really doubt his char.

I don't watch ALP but what I don't like in immortal arc is the war is always over the top.. some kind of CGI where everyone flies and dies and always ppl or someone can healed back miraculously.. LOL.. This happen many times in IS and also in LBFAD.
