how come suddenly S line appearing on hyeun heup’s head for a second and dissapear after that?
Maybe it was her imagination (thinking that if she’d have done it with that boy she’d have an s line, and being excited for a possibility of it)? Or maybe we saw her reflection from her perspective for a brief moment (meaning that they had sex that they when visiting the pool) and then it switched to just ordinary reflection of her in the mirror, so we (the viewers) stopped seeing it ? I had similarly question and those are the things that I thought of…
But that scene at the pool, it was so cute tho! That “date” was lowkey wholesome. Weird yes, but wholesome.
Edit: Wait!! So they had um– Hyeon Hop didn’t have any lines before right? Did anyone else catch the line appear on her head for a moment when she was in bed? Was it her imagination or did she do it with the class president? Either way, they’re cute together so far, I hope he doesn’t turn out to be an asshole.
yep, connects people who've had sex (i have a feeling it doesnt show only the consensual one)
I think like it’s completely not about feelings etc and also doesn’t take time into consideration (meaning that no matter if you had sex with someone yesterday or ten years ago, the s line will look the same), it’s just the simplest way: once you had sexual relationship with someone, you’ll be connected by the s line.
who with who has the senior-junior relationship cuz it's tagged
It might be the girls from different classes in high school, it might be the two detectives or the main detective guy and the main girl. I don’t know think it refers to the student-teacher romance though.
watching ep3 right now.., I hope the teacher (played by Woo Ji Hyun) doesn’t do anything bad, like violent or illegal etc. He seems like a nice person (and he’s cute, I don’t want him to be a bad guy lol) who’s hurt, and tries to protect his sister. I hope not everyone who possesses the glasses will become obsessed…
Do you really want that though? It would ruin your ideas about people around you. Would you able to ever have…
Oh I wanted to reply directly to the user’s @lilCthulhu first reply under the original comment here and non of that real world statistics or politics, I’m not interested in partaking in that part of the discussion. I wasn’t replying to you, I just wanted to point out what I thought about the other user’s choice of words regarding the story presented in the drama.
I think the plot would be stronger if the glasses were not used as a plot device to pass this ability onto others.…
They might have been given to the man (match teacher) from ep 1 by the female teacher too (if she’s the mastermind/the one who knowingly gives the glasses to another teacher in ep 3).

It’s not really “everything about that person’s past” though. The S-line doesn’t give you a timeline, just marks sexual relationships. Someone who sees and old S-line can very much make up a story catering to their fears etc. or think it’s much more recent relationship and act on it. That’s why the glasses/the premise of seeing the S line is dangerous (in addition to the fact that the glasses in this series seem to make the wearer act more recklessly and feed their obsession), it’s only natural that humans overwhelmed by emotions, and not knowing exactly all the story might figure out what they think is true or might develop strong prejudice etc (like the match teacher who murdered women connected to him).
What I mean is for example there’s a friend group consisting of A, B and C. In college friend A and B experimented around their feelings etc and slept with each other but it doesn’t work out, and they decide not to tell anyone to not create any weird tension. Five years later friend A and C start dating, sometime later they plan on getting married. Friend C obtains the glasses and sees the red line connecting fiend A and B, enraged friend C might either break off the marriage or do something worse (like in this drama, kill for revenge). In reality nothing wrong was done, friend A and B slept with each other long before C and A even began dating, but the S-line doesn’t show you timelines, so friend C can’t know “everything about friend A/B’s past” and overwhelmed by feelings assumes the worst, then presumably due to their negative feelings being strengthened by the glasses (something I’ve assumed might happen based on the behavior of the characters in the drama) friend C either decides to run a perfectly fine relationship or to get violent and/or get revenge. Humans who feel hurt, confused or wronged and don’t know “the whole story” (whether they’re aware of that fact or not) naturally assume things, and unconsciously fill the blanks in a way, which will benefit them (in a way which will warrant the next decision and choices they make). That’s normal, that’s how humans work, but that’s also why the glasses and the S-Line can’t show you “everything about someone’s past” just a fact of their past (that they slept with this or that person). All this based on the knowledge we have from the episodes released so far, of course.
LSH's character would’ve gone unnoticed if he didn’t have so many slines like he literally did nothing in…
LDH or LSH? Who do you mean? Anyway, they’re both main characters, it’s a series with a multiple mains, which in practice means that nobody gets that much screentime + there are still 4 episodes to go, some characters might appear more.
