I LOVE this. To me, Snow and LHY are top actors to me and it’s SO refreshing to see them in a more spicy romantic drama like this. I enjoy not seeing all the politic drama fillers. Just need some intense romance like this at times from cdramas!
ok i see what yall mean when you say it reminds you of the vertical dramas out there. some scenes feel a bit rushed BUT it’s okay i watch drama so I can turn my logic off 😂
Peter Ho to me is zaddy status now 😂 I remember how drawn I was to him in older dramas like the Yang Warriors with Hu Ge. All these years later he’s still commands the screen 😮💨
I agree! I know thats the story/novel, but I struggle to connect with the leads story to that exact point. To me, their story struggles to establish that foundation the audience craves.

It’s refreshing to see the open and ending credits to be different compared to the current mainstream style. It gives me 2010s vibes with the way they incorporated the music with clips from the drama.
