Spot on! Such a good drama honestly. XZ acting is beyond words. Ren Min has caught me by surprise. She’s doing so well! She has this naive cuteness to her, but it’s not over top. The pace of the drama is great as well.

This drama caught me by surprise because I haven’t found a good modern drama I like for while, so this is a real treat! I LOVE that ZLS and the actress that plays her mom are reunited after LLTG!

Also y’all, kid actors nowadays are so talented. The girl playing young SZ crushes it with her mannerisms. It really mimic ZLS.

For those whole follow, The kid who plays XuKai younger version in Snow Eagle Lord is super talented as well.

It’s the classic, I will protect the child at all cost, even if it means hurting them deeply.

I guess for me, watching these scenes gives me Asian parenting PTSD!

I am definitely going through my stages of grief for this drama…

Maybe an unpopular opinion but I would have rather get like 60 episodes of this drama where things were probably edited so all characters will have proper screen time and ending. I would have definitely wait three months in between two parts to get a better flowing story!!!!!

Like for GYJW and Mo Nv, that’s it? She catches him from the sky as he’s falling?! YQY, a quick shot with his white hair?!

Despite everything, this drama is still a master piece, I’m just gutted for this absurd of a OE and no proper story close out for the rest of our characters….
