Hi, my name is Cristy and I started getting into Kdramas probably around 2012. A friend of mine who I used to work with would come in everyday and tell me, I gotta check out kdramas and K-pop. I didnot ever really give it too much thought until one day. I was curious and I went down the rabbit hole of kdrama. I don’t remember the very first one I watched. Some of he earlier ones were of the the Korean cult favorites.

    At first I only watched Kdrama ones but I gradually got into watching the Chinese and Japanese ones.  My favorite kind of trope is enemies to lovers && childhood friends to lovers. And when I just need to laugh like a really good belly laugh, I usually can always count on a Chinese drama. And no one does historical long drawn storylines like the Chinese dramas. Like I’m saying 30+ episodes long! ( a love from a galaxy , Arsenal Military Academy , long ) 

  I also love listening to K-pop and a few Japanese singers too.
