An entertaining show from beginning to end

If you are looking for an exciting series that will make you laugh, cry and forget what boredom is this is it.

I didn't skip or fast forward a single scene which nowadays says a lot! The show kept a good pace the entire time, there was always enough happening to keep you entertained. I think the comedy elements in dramas seem to throw some viewers who are not used to Thai dramas off, but to me this is what makes it a quintessentially Thai. I love scenes that build up to a dramatic moment only for the character to react in a realistically funny way, and War does this amazingly as Joke. The acting was great, we know War would steal the show with his emotional acting and comedic timing, but I found the supporting cast very good too. The villain was dramatic but not too hammy, and Grandma and Toi Ting stole everyone's hearts.

As with any show that has a limited number of episodes, there are some elements that I would have liked to have seen developed more (Joke's time in prison, Arun adapting to poverty, TT's recovery etc), but ultimately the show left me satisfied which not a lot of dramas manage.
