This is not a good story! Sad Ending! Main Male Lead (Song Qiao Zhi) character is good in the story
Main Female Lead (Wan Jia Ling) character is not good in the story. 1) Why did she hold off all the mistreated from her mother in law for several years and never raise her voice or fight back? 2) She loved and married with Song Qiao Zhi for over 10 years and had a son, they were happy when their son still alive. Her divorce because of her mother in law, her ex husband never wanted a divorce with her. Why would she love Lu Yang right after divorce? Lu Yang was a good friend but he wasn't a special person or helped that much as the story said. What did he help? Jia Ling and Lu Yang hang out a lot, that the reason mother in law uses to make for a divorce. A married women should not hang out with a man especially a famous/rich family (they don't want media catch it). Thus the divorce wasn't from her ex husband. 3) Her husband cheated her without purpose, Jia Ling was depress due to her son pass a way, her husband was depress too, thus he accident vent his stress with the secretary but during the drama, Song Qiao Zhi did not wanted the secretary or love the secretary. Look at Jia Ling's brother (Wan Jia Le) had a child with other women (Zhou Li Na) (Assume before the story discovered), Wan's family accept the grand son, Zhou Li Na hang around in Wan family, Jia Ling's brother has been lying to his wife (Zheng Qing Tian), took the money from his wife for Zhou Li Na, and lying and lying many times. 4) Lu Yang knew Song Qiao Zhi has cancer, he could not advise Song Qiao Zhi to have a treatment, he hide it with Jia Ling, by the time Jia Ling discovered about her ex husband cancer, she doesn't act of care or worry, just a normal person when they know someone ill, they already care. Whole Wan's family doesn't care too. If the story had Jia Ling took the action advise Qiao Zhi to have treatment right after she knew, her character was much better. 6)Why they are preparing for a wedding and thinking to go to United State while Qiao Zhi had cancer at the last stage? What was in the writer's mind? I regret already spent time to watch this drama.
Second Main Male Lead (Lu Yang) character is not good in the story, Lu Yang is a selfish man.
Support female Wan Jia Ni is a good character, knowledge, working hard and strong woman Support male Li Zi Ming is a good character, a responsible person. I love this couple
Support female Chen Shu Ying (Jia Ling's mother) is a good character, she is a good mother in law.
I watched this drama because of Bie Thassapak Hsu and Celilia Cheung (1st time I watched her acting), it turned out that the story made me hate 2 of them and made me like Wanness Wu.
