Well said. They can’t replaced Yang Min and Mark Chou couple. They played their roles so deep so perfect, well capture our hearts. Crystal and Yang Yang just lacking that power couple vibe. Story wise is like cutting the long story into small pieces and glue a few together.

Just finished watching the original drama “The Eternal Love” aka Teh Miles of Peach Blossoms, he never accepted that concubine, it was his father sent that concubine to him. He even stabbed that concubine before she entered, because he knew that that concubine evil act upon Su Su. In the drama, toward the last few episode, the concubine did received her punishment after Ye Hua returned from the mortal … and Bei Qian took her eyeballs back…..
Haven’t had a good Cdrama that make me can’t stop watching episode after episode. This one is addictive. I did fast forward Bei Feng Jiu crying and vinding with Dong Hua. Mark Chao has that cool character. Ye Hua did sacrify so much for Quin Quin. I wish they have a grand wedding at the end.
On episode 45 now. Kind of fast forward Bei Feng Ju and Dong Hua mortal realm part. Feel like that story not related to the main story. Several nights of loosing sleep marathon watching it. Yang Mi is beautiful.

I am watching Eternal Love (The Eternal Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms), all the hot spring or bath scenes they were wearing full outfit… I think some are just graphic because they walked out of the water with dry cloths and shoes…. haha… I think it has to do with the rules and restriction for the filming in China. I have heard many films we watch out here have been through strict censorship.

Ya, 70 episodes is way too long for me. Currently watching Eternal Love (The Eternal Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms), it was good but 58 episodes takes a long time to finish.
I like it more then I expected. The pace was perfect. No boring moment, not perfect but good enough for me to watch episode after episode. Kind of wish a different male lead but it is what it is
