Strong start but hard to stay till the end!
This Japanese adaptation was cute and pretty well done. The first five episodes flew by and were packed with so many fun, heartwarming moments. One of my favorite characters was her coworker who gave her the nickname "Jackson." He was always supportive of her and liked her for who she truly was, which made him incredibly easy to root for.
Around episode seven, though, things started to slow down for me. I also found myself rooting for a different character than the drama ultimately focused on. The main love interest came across as a bit of a red flag because of how rudely he treated the female lead when they first started working together. While he did grow as the story progressed I never completely got over his earlier behavior.
Overall, I'd still recommend giving this drama a try because it has a really strong and entertaining start. Just don't expect the second half to have the same energy as the beginning, and you may not feel as motivated to finish it.
