Yes, XL loves XY his own way. And he marches to the beat of his own drum. Almost like he's the man in charge of XY's happiness because he cannot give it to her himself. But I think he should at least speak up and let XY choose. XY doesn't even know! That is the tragedy! And that is XL's love for her. 🥹
But at the end of the day, I think XY will still end up with TSJ because he will always put her first.

I think based on that 1 very important criteria that XY has, which is to have a partner who will always put her first, it would be hard for her to be with XL as that is something he cannot give her. 😔 But I love XL for loving XY his way, which is to ensure she ends up with the one who will always put her first. 🥲
TSJ is still a very kind person despite what he went through. Remember in the Episode 2, he protects XY from the dripping wax despite being badly hurt and all bandaged up. I think XY loves his kindness as she knows that she and her family are hard hearted. Kinda like opposites attract.
I love how the author draws us all in and we are all feeling so strongly and passionately about the characters. It's not all fluff, she actually added in a dose of brutal reality of life. 😅🙂 The actors are well chosen too! I am so looking forward to S2 next year!!
