Ahhhh that porridge distribution scene, XiaoLin and Bitchang. It was actually a very sweet scene and Bitchang was very sweet and well mannered despite how her maid tried to stir the pot about YXW. No, Weiwei did not remove his moles. Just that in TTEOTM, they seemed to be trying to hide his moles. The amount of concealer! In some scenes, which might be after a long day and the concealer is done concealing, his moles appear. LOL At other times, they are well hidden.
