But I am looking at it positively. His ex colleagues from the other drama who went on to do back to back dramas were not exactly getting the best results from their dramas. It was overkill and their dramas though not super bad, were not great either, kinda meh. So hopefully, everything plays out to Weiwei's advantage that when he comes back to film a new drama, it's a good high quality one that brings in the big bucks outperforming the multiple dramas that his ex colleagues had to film to get that same amount. Judging by Divine Tree results, he can do it!! 💪💪

Now that I have read the end chapters of the novel, oh lalalala....our SYS is CHEEKY!!! I LOVE IT!!! I cannot stop smiling as I read the chapters. They are a nicely matched couple, and I am happy for them.

Yeah, at the part where he looked at her and carried her to the bed. That could have 1 kiss. And of course a passionate kiss on the bed. I'll probably get a nose bleed if they did 2 passionate kisses back to back. 🤪😏😂😁

And they did not show a scene from the novel.

Imagine how much better this drama would have fared if iQiyi did it right with the marketing! Good thing DengWei's China fans promoted the drama for him out of their own pockets! But I think if DengWei's fans marketing was done concurrently with iQiyi, I think the outcome could have been better.

Anyways...glad that this drama did well overall. I enjoyed it.
