Watching it feels like a slow, rainy, lazy Sunday. The kind of day that begs you to curl up in bed with a good book or cozy series. Some viewers want to rush the romance (or NC scenes), but doing that skips over the experience the show is trying to give us. Its disappointing, because the actors work hard to create that mood.

Pheem was drugged. Drugs tend to lower inhibitions and make one act on thoughts they already have, however, he is in a state where he isn't fully aware or in control. Fentanyl doesn't make people hxrny since its a painkiller and sedative however fiction (not limited to bls) often uses 'drugged = uninhibited' regardless of the drugs being used. The kiss happened because his judgement is impaired, so not a conscious decision. He's acting on the desire (as seen in episodes 1 and 2) he feels for Than, but again, impaired judgement. Did the writers need to include it? Na, a consensual first kiss would have been better. Does it contribute to the plot? Not really. It should be a given that Than does not take advantage of Pheem in the situation. I think calling it assault is... but its a technical vs ethical thing.
