Ep20 was not it, also if wuyin turns out to be empress B’s lover, I’ll definitely get the ick 😭 I do think taohua faked the amnesia to get some intel on wuyin, and she probably didn’t know if shen Zaiye would save her or not (until last minute when he shot the arrows). Anyway, I am gonna take a break from this one and will come back to it when the show is finished. I was really hoping for an exciting plot of zaiye and taohua working together to rescue her brother.

Right, but the script is still taking place and the creepiest part is that even if the character has his/her own thoughts that they don’t want to say it, they still say it out (as we saw yimeng her and her fathers exchange). I am truly hoping it’s a fake amnesia thing and she just wants to get close to prince wuyin. But I hate the amnesia plot, hopefully we’ll get more clarity in the next eps😭 and someone mentioned how shen zaiye sent a spy to do a background check on taohua and he came back so late like what was the point 😭 I thought shen zaiye was very capable! we were just getting some emotional buildup between the leads and now she forgot everything.

she should marry Riley but at this point I highly doubt it, since we’ve seen the og script can’t be changed, she most likely will discover lsl’s identity before yimeng or persuade lsl to marry her. The part where nan heng betrays yimeng over yiting is gonna happen (I hate this so much). But idk how it’s going to be? Like we’re seeing nan heng is falling for yimeng so how is he going to cheat on her?😭
