Is there a reason that the cop attach himself to the suspect with handcuffs day and night? If he thinks he's suspicious,…
It's 48 hours in Thailand. But even if he couldn't stay detained, why would it be ok to be attached to a policeman 24/24h? For a Police drama si find it a bit more weak plot wise.
Iβm on ep 7. why do I always feel like Iβm missing some context? the series good, although sometimes itβs…
There are many reasons why you feel that. First, as non fluent Mandarin speakers, unfortunately, a lot is lost in translation. Second, this drama has a lot of cultural and religious (Buddhism..) references. If we're not familiar with these cultures we lose a lot of the meaning. Third, you mustn't miss the scenes at the end of the episodes, after the credits or sometimes in the credits, Fourth, on their youtube channel and on Gagaoolala, you can find bonus scenes, most of the time intimate scenes, but sometimes scenes with dialogues when you have more clues about what's going on. For exemple, there is a bonus scene about something happening 2 years ago, or the video of ShiHao from 7 years ago that was posted online. And finally, a lot of things are metaphorical, so you have to decipher. I personally needed to watch the drama again to understand all the details and I'm probably missing a lot still π
Is there a reason that the cop attach himself to the suspect with handcuffs day and night? If he thinks he's suspicious, why not locking him in a cell at the police station?? I don't get it. Why attach himself to a suspect, it's very dangerous. When he was in the house with his gun, he could have been killed because he had only 1 hand and a person behind him. Is it only for the bromance or is there a logic behind this? It annoys me π
I just binged the 4 episodes out. But unfortunately I don 't see what others see in this drama. It's like they put all the right ingredients from previous BLs that had success. But without the magic. I don't see the chemistry, the story is weak and the mercenary actor look like he's 20 at most. No way I can picture him in the army 6 years ago. And I don't understand their bond at all? Too bad for me.
If you don't mind my asking, what's the difference in meaning between "Ai Nin" and "Ai Ni?" please?
Nin is the polite and respectful way to say you to one person. Like in french we have Tu and Vous. Or in Spanish Tu and Usted. It's interesting because the character Nin ζ¨ is composed of the character you δ½ + heart εΏ.
By the middle of the 3rd episode I dropped the series. I found it boring...tedious. So much of it was filler...fluff…
Just say that this drama is not for you but don't say that we love the drama just for the eye candy. You may not understand or like the metaphors (and it's totally fair) and the poetry of it, but we do. This drama is very special to me and speak to my soul. To me it was a masterpiece, full of details and that gave me so much emotions. The kisses and handsome men do nothing to me if the plot is hollow and the acting is bad. I'd never watch a series just for eye candy. I really think it's unfair to say that people loving this drama are so superficial.

It's just not for me that's all.
