Right. Nobody should judge. Each family and person act differently after a cancer diagnosis. I personally accompanied my father to the oncologist because he told me something was wrong and I think he was afraid and then my brother came from abroad right after the diagnosis. Because the doctor told us there was no hope. Everybody in the family was aware and visiting. Maybe the difference was that he had to go straight to the hospital and he never left until his death a few months later and that his parents were already dead. We would be there for him at the hospital, taking turns keeping him company and stuff.
I personally would have been mad if this was hidden from me. BUT everyone is different and I can understand why someone would hid it. But it's a gamble with people's feelings and memories when they're gone. Because this time was precious even if it was extremely difficult, I don't regret the pain.

In the manga ML calls him a sexual harasser or something like that because he forces himself on him lots of time. It's not just a hand job... I think the drama is going to be very different because it's just them having sex 90% of the time in the manga lol

I think it was purposely a very shy kiss. Having seen the BTS, the director tell them how to act and they usually follow her lead. So I think it was meant to be very sweet and modest. If the 2nd kiss is the same, well maybe it's the actors.
