Going into the movie, I was kinda skeptical about the entire plot - a policeman and a highschool girl? Hmm.. Seemed odd. The movie has a lot of slightly cringey-cheesy moments, so if you're not into those types of moments, this probably won't be as enjoyable to you. The actors and actresses here did a decent job in portraying their characters, and seriously loved the three main characters!! The movie kinda escalates quickly because of they try to cover as much as possible from the manga, but overall, you can still see a flow to it. This movie ,however, may require a little bit more understanding of Japanese culture - there may be scenes that make you go 'huh?! what?', but if you take the time to understand the reasoning behind it, it makes so much more sense. Overall, it was a pretty enjoyable movie, and I would recommend it if you're looking for something sweet, cheesy, and not to complicated to understand!
